We had a fabulous family vacation in August, 2024 in Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort.
The service and staff were at their best!!! I would especially like to mention Bahi from the reception, who was very helpful and friendly❤️
The hotel was quiet, but at the same time not boring for the kids as there were lots of activities for the kids plus there was an opportunity to visit Sunrise Garden's Aqua Park (included in All inclusive) with no limits. It was in the neighbourhood, 3-5 min. of walk.
We would definitely revisit this hotel and repeat the same wonderful experience if any😉

We had the most enjoyable stay at TUI blue crystal bay resort. We found the staff team to be kind, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed in many places but the service we received was second to none. The team found you a sun lounger on the beach and even placed your towels for you, the baggage handlers would not let us help move our cases to and from the room, we would always be able to get a buggy to the the room straight away, no waiting, plenty drinks were bought to us both at the beach and the pool, the cleaner was great too. What a fantastic team of people who all seem to go out their way to make your stay an amazing experience. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

A1 5* throughout our week stay, as a family we have no complaints. Service was top, food was excellent with plenty of choice. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were amazing and helpful throughout. Celebrated my daughter’s birthday in style with the hotel arranging everything for us. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic resort, it deserves each of its 5 stars. The staff cannot do enough for you, it’s very clean & the grounds are gorgeous. Each restaurant serves amazing food & it was the best holiday yet. We will definitely be going back & id recommend it to everyone. Thank you for making my family holiday outstanding.

All in all I would definitely recommend this Resort and would also definitely come again. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and the great food, drinks and service. Shame we had to leave but you will see us again!
Couple of critical points:
- When we arrived, the people at the front desk had no idea who we were and couldn't find our booking. They kept asking for a voucher but we didn't have any. In the end they gave us a room anyway but it felt strange and we had to wait a long time. Furthermore, not all people at the front desk spoke English, which made conversing difficult sometimes.
- The room looked a tiny bit aged, but was also well cleaned so it was fine. The locker didn't work but was promptly replaced by the staff. One thing I really didn't like was the fact that the bottles shampoo, etc. seemed to be used already. Please let me pay extra and just give us unused ones. It felt a bit cheap.
Apart from this, you can comfortably book here. Exceptional experience for the price!

Hotel is definitely worn out and needs a renovation.

Food was one of the worst I ever had. The quality was during my one week stay never better than below average. Totally underwhelming. Overcooked and the cake (for example) was always at least from last day or older. Hard and dry.
For me it was wasted money.
And I am really not picky with my food. I lived more than a year in China and spent most evenings eating in the local street restaurants.

The sunrise hotel, just remember this name for the best hotel you would ever stay in. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly animation team. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice relaxing and fun holiday . Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Stayed in this hotel with my family!!! Restaurant delicious. Room service on the top always clean and flexible to your hours I mean when children sleep in the afternoon always helpful and friendly. Location and distance to the sea is great. Every morning I get up and instead of exercise had a chance to swim in the sea. A lot of pools but never swim because of the sea. A lot of free spots on the beat. Everything clean. Snacks great and every time tasteful. I highly recommend to the families with children and people who really want to enjoy relax and reset themselves. I want to say thank you to all personal and management in the hotel. If you ask me if I would come back than my answer definitely yes. Had been in Egypt for the 3rd time and would say hotel is close to the airport so you don’t spend a lot of time for transfers from and to airport. Sunrise crystal bay resort you are doing great job and keep doing this way and wish you a lot of tourists because this hotel deserve it and 5 stars is reasonable. Thank you for giving us great time and stay at your property!!!! If anyone looking for hotel in Egypt it deserves the money you will pay because sometimes better to pay a little bit more but enjoy and don’t worry or you can buy cheaper and regret that you had a chance but didn’t use it. Today on the last day on the napkins in the restaurant I saw a great words sunrise crystal bay resort where the luxury and beauty meets and I would add and great feeling of taste!!!!!!
