I recently had the pleasure of staying at Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued.

Staff: The team at Steigenberger is simply outstanding. Every member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, offering personalized recommendations and relentlessly checking in to see if I needed anything.

Service: The service at the hotel is top-notch. Whether I was dining at the restaurant or enjoying amenities, the staff was attentive without being intrusive. My requests were handled promptly, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting throughout my stay.

Cleanliness: One of the standout features of this hotel is its cleanliness. My room was immaculate, and the common areas were consistently maintained. It’s clear that hygiene and comfort are priorities here, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Incredible vacation which gives me full relaxation which I was looking for.
From the moment you arrive you know that it will be unusual time.
It was only 10 min from the airport and as booked it on the hotel website - bus from the airport was included in the offer.

so warm that we felt the atmosphere here is like home.
Design is a little bit strange on a first sight, as everything is white and rooms also. After one day we got used to it and it became very normal for us.
Beautiful terrace of the room and even more beautiful view from the restaurant. You can see all Hurghada and the sea while having a drink. Fantastic spot for sunset watching.
I spend most of the time by the pool - great service took care of the drinks before I thought about it.
Nice modern music was exactly to my taste. Sad to leave this place.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Also you got access to another two hotels with many restaurants, bars, pools, aquamarine. Great activities and entertainment. It was just fine, not too much and always had variety. Interesting design, private sandy beach, clean all over the hotel.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle last summer, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, offering warm, attentive service throughout my stay.

The room was stunning—immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every comfort I could have asked for. The entire hotel exudes luxury and relaxation, and its location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions while still maintaining a peaceful, exclusive atmosphere.

One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic facilities, especially the pool and the incredible dining options. The breakfast was a real treat, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious choices each morning. Every detail, from the beautiful surroundings to the seamless service, contributed to a perfect vacation.

I highly recommend Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. I can’t wait to return and experience this little slice of paradise!

Great experience overall, i can only recommend. Especially I would like to mention unique design and out of the box concept of hotel. Rooms are open style with all needed amenities and super comfortable bed. Housekeeping is always around taking care of cleanliness. Service team was also asking for drinks by the pool and beach, so guests can totally relax. Great modern music and lots of parties.

Wonderful hotel. Service from all the team was exceptional. We are already preparing for the next visit. Cleanliness was on the high level, great music and entertainment. Also for quiet time we were spending our day by the beach. Alex Beach restaurant is really recommended as for lunch and dinner. Thank you!

I just wanted to write this review after having such a lovely holiday here for 9 nights. Around a 5-10 minute journey from the airport and you hardly hear any planes taking off during your stay. Hotel is beautiful, we had a swim up room, you don't get much sunlight so you do need to sunbathe by the pool or beach but that is just a beautiful space. The staff are so friendly and happy to help, they printed out our boarding passes for us. The food is great, even just the buffet each day there is something for everyone. It's a quiet atmosphere and the other guest are friendly but keep to themselves. If you've come for a relaxing holiday away from loud noises and children, this is the place to be. Also the weather was exceptional there wasn't a cloud in the sky. Wifi isn't the best but it does work, and it actually made me unplug from my daily life which was the detox I needed. But if you were to work here remotely I'm not sure how strong the connection is here.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
The grounds were immaculately looked after. I really enjoyed the 9 hole par 3 golf course and had a round every day.
The restaurants were pleasant and the choice of food excellent.
The adult exclusive beach area was a nice place to relax.
I had a couple of massages in the spa, which were excellent and about half UK prices.
The bar area tended to be very quiet and we chose to go to the bar in the main hotel most evenings.
If you are happy to stay within the hotel complex and not go beyond the adjacent street, then this is a great place to go.
The local town has little to offer, is pretty filthy and probably best avoided, though you will go through it to get to the marina. The marina area is ok, if a little tacky.
With the hotel only about 15 minutes from the airport it’s great not having to face a long taxi/coach transfer.

Absolutely best resort I have ever been to! The grounds were immaculately kept and the food was wonderful but what made the stay for us was the staff.
George at reception was so welcoming and very helpful. Whenever we had a question or request he had the answer immediately.
Ahmed was responsible for our room/turn down service and he always exceeded our expectations. He was so friendly and helpful with any requests we had, and our room was always spotlessly clean.
Our favorite part of the day was dinner in the gourmet market hall. I do not believe it would be possible to deliver better service. Absolute shout-out to Abanoub. He made every meal there a memory. Always made sure we had everything we needed, from the first day remembered what we preferred to drink and would have it ready before we could even ask. Absolute legend.
My husband and I both plan on returning as the entire experience was unforgettable and all the staff really do make you feel as though you are home.
