The hotel VIP class, located in the resort area of Sahl Hasheesh. Private sandy beach is a first coastline near the coral reefs. A unique system UltraAllInclusive allows you to dine in any of their six restaurants, while enjoying refreshing drinks and various shows.

Had a wonderful 10 nights here, pure luxury from start to finish.
I have never been in a hotel where the manager is seen wondering around chatting to guests asking them if they are enjoying themselves, I saw him at 7am by the poolside checking there were enough towels and sunbeds for all and late evening in the bars and restaurants making sure all was ok.
Every single member of staff was so helpful, polite and welcoming, special mentions to the ones we interacted with due to where we preferred to be. Ramadan the lovely chap who cleaned our room, it was spotless, mini bar well stocked and we loved the towel art!
Cherif helping around the poolside with sunglasses being cleaned, cool refreshing flannels provided, and if you went to move your sunbed or parasol he or one of the other lovely guys there were straight over to assist.
Ali was our waiter most of the time as we liked to sit outside on the terrace in the Turquoise Restaurant and he was very attentive, as was every waiter that served us there or any of the Al la carte’s we went to, also the Ossiana for some lunchtime meals.
Last, but by no means least the wonderful Carlos who kept the drinks flowing all day, everyday by the poolside, such a friendly guy and a great asset to the hotel, we didn’t have to lift a finger.

All praise for the team and organization, the hotel has beautiful architecture and ambiance, from the first moment you step into the hotel you have a feeling of luxury and a certain prestige.
The people who work are extremely kind, the number and variety of activities they have, as well as the level of service and cleanliness is at a very high level.
We are satisfied with the price-service ratio, as well as the facilities, I can't compare it to other hotels, but because of the adults only option and the position of the hotel I think it is perfect for people looking for a quiet and luxurious vacation which is what we wanted.

My friend and I went to Premier Le Reve late September to early October 2025. It was our first holiday together, even though we have been friends for nearly 50 years. It was the PERFECT holiday.
I am worried this will look like a made-up review because we could not fault the hotel, food or the staff in anyway. Nevertheless, it’s true to say our whole stay was fabulous, and the hotel surpassed our highest hopes.
The food. We are both foodies and I can only say the food surpassed any hopes we may have had. In all cases, the restaurants and the dining room, the food was well presented, fresh and very appetising. They catered for all tastes and had made an effort with their gluten and dairy free offerings. The salads are safe to eat and in all cases the food prep is done with bottled water.
The staff are unfailingly helpful, polite and friendly. They are a real team, and you get a sense of family from them, working together with a common goal to make your stay the very best it could possibly be. It worked, a big thank you to the whole team. Special thanks to Magdalena, Max (the TUI rep) Carlos (for keeping us hydrated buy the pool) Mahmoud (thank you me darling) for looking after our drinks from the 24 hour bar/reception lounge, Talaat for being the most smiley, and keen worker we have ever met, and Omnia who keeps the most spotless bathroom facilities its possible to have.
The pools were warm enough to get into (I am a bit of a light weight when it comes to cold water) and spotlessly clean. The sea was a short walk away, it was blissfully warm and stunning to snorkel around, although it is a relatively small safe space.
We took an electric buggy along the path at the rear of the hotel all the way to the marina, exploring along the way. The cost was £20 per hour to hire it, which is a bit steep, but it was nice to go out under our own steam. We didn’t take any trips because it was a bit hot for us to go to Luxor at that time of the year.
The pools all have giant parasols to keep you shaded when the sun gets a bit warm, and we never had any difficulty finding a sun lounger. When we arrived at the pools late one day, the pool staff found us somewhere to sit and got us a parasol. The loungers have a thick mattress on them; the covers get taken off to wash. So comfortable and clean.
To close, I would just add that my husband and I are going to this hotel in February 26, so not long before I can return, and I couldn’t be more happy about it 😊

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The place itself is beautiful-everything is clean, stylish, and very well taken care of. The service was truly exceptional; everyone was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
I would especially like to compliment the photographer- he was incredibly pleasant to work with, very patient, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. His photos turned out amazing! I give him my highest recommendations.

If you are looking for a wonderful relaxing holiday, with super friendly and attentive staff, a great selection of food with ala carte options and the option to upgrade to ultra inclusive then Premier le reve, is the place for you. We last visited 6 years ago, but after speaking with many guests, some are on double digits with regards to the amount of times they have stayed at the hotel over the years. The drinks are fantastic and always served with a friendly smile. Our house keeper for room 2308 Mostafa was a joy to see every day, he kept our room looking tip top every day, always plenty of drinks in our mini bar and his wonderful towel art always made us smile. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Egypt! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options every day, always fresh and beautifully prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and I truly felt taken care of during my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt – I can’t wait to come back!

Me and my wife have just returned from a week at Premier Le Rêve Hotel & Spa, and without a doubt, it was the best holiday we’ve ever had. The food was exceptional — the best we’ve experienced at any all-inclusive. The à la carte restaurants were phenomenal: Society was our personal favourite, closely followed by Bella Italian, though every one of them delivered amazing meals. Even the main buffet was faultless — great variety, beautifully cooked, and always piping hot. The service throughout the resort was simply outstanding. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Around the pool, we were constantly looked after — cold cloths were handed out each day, fresh fruit salads served, and drinks brought to us all day long without even needing to leave our loungers. It felt like true 5-star luxury. A few special mentions are well deserved: • MR (Mahmoud) – worked in both the Executive Bar and Lobby Bar. A true professional — always friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. • Mousa (Executive Lounge & pool bar) – incredibly warm and helpful, always providing top service. • Adam, Mehlad & Hassan at the pool bar – amazing energy and made sure we never went without. • Mahmoud at the Long Bar – consistently polite and welcoming, a real pleasure to be around. • Mo, our room cleaner for Room 2505 – an absolute gentleman. His professionalism, polite manner, and attention to detail stood out. Our room was spotless every day. The hotel grounds are immaculate — peaceful, pristine, and clearly maintained with care and pride. We’ve travelled extensively, but Premier Le Rêve has set a whole new standard for what a luxury holiday should be. We’re already planning our next visit — nothing else comes close

We arrived at the hotel at midnight, and were welcomed and made to feel special from that point onwards. The restaurant was kept open for us so we could have a hot meal on our arrival, which was a nice touch after travelling all day. The hotel, staff and service were second to none, and if you want somewhere to relax, recharge your batteries, with exceptional food and service, this is the place for you. This was our first holiday as a couple without the kids (young adults), and I’m so pleased we’ve found this gem, which we’ll definitely be recommending to our family and friends and hopefully be visiting for years to come. Thank you to the Manager and all your exceptional staff, who work so hard and provided an amazing experience we’ll never forget ❤️

The staff and so friendly and attentive at this hotel. You didn't have to go to the bar once at this hotel. Waiting staff everywhere that took your orders. We tipped the staff bringing the drinks daily 1 Egyptian pound, this equates to £1.50 in English pounds which is their equivalent of their hourly paid rate.
The staff work tirelessly to make your stay amazing, nothing is too much trouble.
They don't really serve Liqueurs which I drink such as Tia Maria or their equivalent of a coffee liqueur, that would be my only down side on an incredible hotel. But they did serve Brandy/Whisky coffees, lattes etc with biscuits, amazing cocktail which they bought snacks with, such as peanuts and crisps which was a nice touch.
The a la carte restaurants were all delicious, there we tipped 200 Egyptian dollars for the waiting staff £3. Which they were delighted with.
All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and are very deserving and appreciative of tips, especially as they work 12 hour days for 45 days straight then they return to their families for a 10 day break, so please take tips.
We traveled with TUI and paid for the Fast Track experience at the airport, we paid £48 per person, they do your visa's and landing cards for you and you go to the front of all the queue's at the airport.
You are met by a rep in a red blazer with your name on a plaque, they escort you all through the airport to boarder control, security etc right up to pushing your luggage through to your transfer coach to your hotel, worth every penny.
Highly recommended to visit.
