Writing this review from the reception lobby while waiting for a transfer to airport.

Back in the day when this hotel was open probably about 15 years ago it was definitely five star classy hotel these days feels a bit outdated.

Myself and misses booked this hotel primarily for being adult only and advertised as a super relaxing place, first time away without our kids so here we go.

Let’s start with the bed in our room which was a bit uncomfortable mattress was to soft, maybe we were just unlucky.

Entertainment it’s bellow average and on top of that it’s very loud so basically you can’t fall asleep until 24:00 when it’s finished
I really don’t know how relaxing can that be.

Service from management and staff is very good and professional sometimes even to attentive.

Food is big minus here at least for me.
Apart from the breakfast that I enjoyed few times such as eggs and pancakes I struggled to enjoy anything , taking into consideration all the money we paid I think bed and breakfast would have been a better option .

We did try Ossiano one of the 7 à la cart restaurants advertised as part of the hotel but just like at the main buffet restaurant food was poor again, service was very good and the manger on the day tried to make us happy, thank you great service.

Anyhow am struggling to understand why the sea food tastes so bland here or any other food for that matter including the fruits .

To be honest I shouldn’t sound so disappointed as I knew we were coming to all inclusive resort and all of them are pretty much the same.

From walking through and around into a beach, grounds and pools seemed very well maintained and clean.
I can’t comment any further into service or anything else in regard to that as we didn’t spent any time there.

Hotel private beach is very well maintained and clean .

Overall decent holiday minus the food and late loud noise from the entertainment… great service from staff and management.

And the last but not the least nothing to do with hotel.
PS people with messed up psychology … if the beach is 300 meters and there is one couple enjoying the peace you don’t have to go into their anus when there is 280 meters of free beach on all sides, seriously wtf.

The hotel is fabulous, the staff are very professional, polite and ever ready to help with any issues. The management is excellent. The hotel has a pharmacy and clinic which I found very useful and reassuring.

The lobby of the hotel really gives a luxurious feel and the view from my balcony allowed me to capture the sunrise, some great pics. Would 100% return to this hotel.

What a truly amazing hotel to relax and recover in.

It’s been a rocky road since being diagnosed with degenerative lung disease back in jan 2023, been so insanely stressed and this was the first time I have been able to actually relax since then.

The staff are all incredible and go above and beyond to ensure you’re having the best time possible. The food was amazing with so much variety and the waiters made sure you never ran out.

The jetty out to the Red Sea was a very nice touch.
The water was warm and was crystal clear as the tropical fish swam around me

Will be somewhere I want to revisit and for longer.

Beautiful hotel amazingly friendly staff and lovely location. The room couldve been slightly cleaner but overall an amazing stay and would go back again. The food was lovely and a variety to suit everyone- as I am super fussy. Would certainly recommend.

We had a relaxing holiday here that started on the 18th June. The staff were very accommodating and the whole place was very clean. The person who cleaned our room 2226 had done a beautiful job and when it was our anniversary he turned our room into a mini disco ❤️ the man who works at night in the VIP lounge is always happy and smiling, he was a big highlight to our holiday. The beach is big and lovely that this hotel is situated on. Constructive criticism time......the German guests do try to speed run their beach towel to a lounger as soon as morning hits and then they don't occupy it until later in the day. It would be nice to have a little bit of upbeat music around the sun loungers for atmosphere, just to cater to everyone not just the over 60's. The hotel is very clicky with regulars and the returning guests can be a little snobbish towards people visiting for the first time. It is VERY quiet here so just be prepared if you usually have a bit more music/entertainment on your holidays. Also it would be nice to have a pizza, fries, bbq type area near the pool in case people get peckish. Also more vegetarian options would be great. All round it is a fantastic place to stay and the hotel is spotless so if you're looking to be surrounded by silence and peace it's in abundance here.

We came here for our honeymoon, and from the moment we stepped foot into the hotel and we instantly felt welcomed and spoiled.

Every single person is EXTREMELY well-trained and very courteous. The rooms are immaculate. The entire hotel is spotless and well-maintained. We’ve tried most restaurants and they were all world-class. Every single meal we’ve had was beyond amazing.

They set up a candlelit dinner on the beach for us, and it was truly quite dreamy, and we couldn’t have planned it better.

The all-inclusive package is definitely the way to go because they absolutely go above and beyond to make sure you get your money’s worth.

We’re DEFINITELY coming back!

I’d like to personally thank Mr. Hossam, Mr. Ramy and Mr. Khaled and the rest of the amazing staff for making sure our trip was unforgettable and a once in a lifetime experience.

I can only comment on my room which is lovely. Very lucky to be upgraded, was not expecting that.Very nice resort and staff are very accommodating they are fab. Water fruit and cold face towels are provided at poolside and on the beach.Little touches like these go a long,long way, no wonder they have so many guests returning. Very much enjoying the food. Will return

The food is brilliant in the main restaurant, hot and regularly probed to make sure it remains hot too. The staff can’t do enough for you!!! From designs from towels on your bed ( room 1215 ) to bringing you drinks at the pool side. The management are active throughout the hotel and have a hands on approach ( and not shut up in their offices). They are more than approachable and can help with anything. Fabulous hotel with staff that make you feel at home.
