It's a nice hotel, the sea is pleasant to enter, the food is delicious, the rooms on the 2rd line could use a little updating, what I liked most about this hotel was the evening animation, the BEST ANIMATORS ARE MEMO, BOMBO, JOE AND THALIA, I miss your animation❤️

No wifi,food is very bad,hotel is smelly,dirty and old.all the service is slow.people work here is ok.in the evening they water garden,a strong bed smell is coming.

It was amazing vacation in a good hotel ,, weather and alot of gardens and rooms was cleaned and the staff very helpful and always smiling ,, the food was good and the entertainment crew was amazing with alot of activities and parties at all i love this hotel and i wanna come back soon

I stayed at Queen Sharm Aqua Park Hotel from 15/10/2025 to 19/10/2025. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The food and service were very good, with plenty of delicious choices available every day. The restaurant staff were polite and attentive, which made the experience enjoyable. However, I had some issues with the reception and housekeeping. When I requested a "Do Not Disturb" sign for my room, I never received one. As a result, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door twice, even after I had asked not to be disturbed. The receptionist also didn’t handle my request well, which was disappointing. Apart from that, the rest of the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. With better attention from the front desk, this hotel could easily provide an excellent experience.

Queen Sharm: This is a hotel for Italians If you don't have an orange bracelet on your arm, you're invisible: All the hotel staff's eyes are focused only on the Italians.

You have to be an italian to have a great vacation here. The food is mainly pasta, the attention from the staff is only for italians, they even have curtains with italian flag colours .. the room was not ready, windows are dirty with hand prints, the hardbox was broken, no soap near the sink, we asked for replacement and fill up, but nothing changed. The light in the bathroom is very dim, only one light bulb, also no drinkalbe water in the room, they woudnt let fill the bottles, you have to buy it, furniture broken. There is no WiFi, even if you buy it, still, connected but no internet. We bougt all inclusive, but only refreshers availabe in the coctail bar, because we are not italians (they said so). The reception knew it was my birthday, no greetings from hotel. Wen we bougt bracelet that italians wear, much changed from the staff, but they dont speak english , so communication was very difficult. At the reception, if you are talking, they are only interested until some italians come, then they speak only with them, as if you are just a ghost. I have never experienced such discrimination, even in hotels that ar mainly filled with ruzzia. Save yourself a pleasent vacation mood and dont go here, unless (you guess it!) you are ITALIAN

I do not recommend this resort. Very poor communication with the receptionist. Hotel manager unavailable to resolve the issue.

The place is amazing, the animation here is really good, and the hotel service is great. The food is delicious, the water games are fun, and their service is great.
