Hotel Agua Azul - Adults Only

Just returned from second time at this great hotel. Didn't disappoint, lovely food Spanish style and some old English classics thrown in, drinks and cocktails spot on, all proper brands and all served with a smile especially Ollie! Cannot fault it from Pilar at check in , to early breakfast arrangements for our departure day. Entertainment was a little hit and miss, but all included in the price. Will definitely be back!!

I'm here now and got to say I can't fault this hotel from staff who were all amazing to food drinks location cleanliness all superb this is definitely a hidden gem been to flash port benidorm this hotel tops them both will be back again in near future for sure

On our arrival Pilar checked us in, what a beautiful friendly lady, made us so welcome and explained what we needed to know. The wristbands impressed us as it had a chip in it which unlocked your room door when you put it against the handle, so no room key or card to think about, brill idea. Room was immaculate, we had a city view, the view was ok tbh, you dont get the sun until late afternoon, but it worked for us as we used to have a stroll and when we got back, relaxed on the balcony before showering ready for the evening. Always hot water available, nice walk in shower with 2 shower heads, pump gel and shampoo on the wall ready to use. We only made breakfast a couple of times, but enjoyed what was there. Lunch and evening meal was all cooked to perfection, not a massive choice, but something for everyones tastes. Plus the kitchen staff was always making sure food was stocked up and wiping down any spills that had been made. Tables cleared as soon you had finished. Great bar staff, was always smiling and up for a banter. Entertainment was a little hit n miss, we enjoyed a few acts though and a quiz or two. We was all inclusive so all our drinks was also included, most spirits was branded which you dont normally get. We only booked this holiday a month before, i had never heard of the hotel, but we wanted to be in more of the old town so this was ideal. Im not keen on huge hotels and this seemed perfect. I honestly cant fault this hotel and the lovely friendly staff. We will definately be back for another stay X

Just had 2 weeks at this amazing brilliant hotel. Everyone one of the staff were friendly and always smiling. Special mention to Ray, Alex, Sergio and Irene. We had all inclusive and the food was the best we’ve ever had. We are definitely booking again. Thank you for making our holiday special.

Could not fault this hotel had a fabulous stay. From reception staff to bar, dining room and cleaning staff all very polite and welcoming. Entertainment was really good 3 acts every night and Pablo Bloom was so entertaining and so funny. The food was probably the best we have had for an all inclusive hotel and the drinks were all premium brands. Great location would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean very friendly everything you need for a holiday drinks are really lovely but strong you can get a bottle of wine for your room and even bags of crisps. It was my husband birthday and they put a card and a lovely gift in our room for him lovely thought

2nd time staying at this hotel and did not disappoint. Staff very friendly and helpful and a big shout out to Pila on the reception. Whilst away one of my family members was not well and she went above and beyond calling up to the room regularly to check in on my family member. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they always have a smile on their faces. Hotel is in a great location 2 mins walk from the old town and 5 min walk to the beach.

Amazingly clean not like some hotels that i have been to in Benidorm over the last 30 years. Pilar on main desk is a star no thing of to much trouble. Virgina is keeping are room spotlessly clean. Much appreciated. The drinks are branded drink Not local on the all inclusive. It's a situated a stone's throw away from the old town which is very nice for a walk at night. The coffee's are nice which is not always the case at the hotels. The only small minus is the pool area could be a little bit larger.

The hotel location is great, almost in the old town and only a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious and very clean. Although some may have an issue with the glass screen between the bed and wash area, it is a very minor issue considering the overall quality on offer. The food was varied and good quality and there was also the option to have a meat or fish dish cooked fresh infront of you. We had an all-inclusive package, and the drinks were premium brads with generous measures. Finally all the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful.

In Room 206 pool view. Love this hotel great location. New Year Gala was fabulous staff worked so hard. Will come back again. And Pilar is the best
