Hotel Agua Azul - Adults Only

2nd time staying at this hotel and did not disappoint. Staff very friendly and helpful and a big shout out to Pila on the reception. Whilst away one of my family members was not well and she went above and beyond calling up to the room regularly to check in on my family member. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they always have a smile on their faces. Hotel is in a great location 2 mins walk from the old town and 5 min walk to the beach.

We have been at the hotel quite a fews times and really enjoyed it. The staff rooms service and food is good however on this particular stay we were ill for 5 days with gastroenteritis. We reported it to the hotel and the Jet 2 rep but all they wanted to do was call a doctor. Now we were not the only ones that were ill. All during the holiday we heard from lots of guests that they had been ill with gastroenteritis but did not report it to the hotel or rep. Eventually I was told by the rep that it was going around Benidorm and it was the time of year for bugs. I replied that I have been coming to Benidorm since 2015 at least 5 times a year and never been ill. So some people in hotel were not hygienic. One example a man standing at the cooking area waiting on steak and dipping his hands into the crisps and putting them into his mouth on several occasions without using the tongs. There are signs everywhere to use tongs but people still pick up food with there fingers.Any way the holiday was okay and I might be back at hotel depending on how we feel.

Currently coming to the end of our holiday in room 220 ( park view) . First time to Benidorm and Hotel Agua Azul was everything and more that we wanted in a hotel. As a family of 3 the room was still spacious and was kept spotless by staff. Everyone at the hotel (reception, bar & restaurant staff and house keeping) have been excellent. The entertainment by the pool in the day has been great and a great mix in the evening too.
Drinks and food plenty to choose from and chefs both in the restaurant and snack bar cook some wonderful food and snack bar food cooked to order which is great!
Will definitely be back and would recommend to others.
So close to both old and new town too, ideal location.

Hotel location was perfect for old and new town . Warm welcome. Spotlessly clean. All staff a credit to the hotel. Pilar on reception deserves a special mention as she goes above and beyond to help. (A big thank you for the bubbly, cakes and card for my husband's birthday.) Comfy beds. Would recommend.

It says it is a 4 star it's more like a 5 star plus, the young man on the front desk James is brilliant very helpful and polite the rooms spotless. The beds super. Food very nice and lots of choices breakfast is a daddy the works. The staff very polite and helpful. 2 mins to beach and old town I would definitely recommend this hotel. Happy holls.

Room modern and clean. Food okay, plenty of choice but for me I am fussy average. Drinks and evening entertainment good. Only thing to complain about is swimming pool not heated and cleaned.

Lovely hotel, wide variety of food all freshly prepared. The "entertainment" is the only disappointment. A lady playing YouTube videos is whats on offer most evenings.
