This is a lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm. I was with my two granddaughters and we had a suite. The bedroom was great plenty of room for the three of us, bathroom lovely, excellent walk in shower. Breakfast was lovely so much to choose from, the evening meal not so good (hence the 4 stars) being a vegetarian I found there wasn’t much choose for me on the menu, although the girls had plenty of choice. I found there wasn’t much pool and subbed area upstairs was quite small the sun beds were really close together so it was difficult if you wanted shade to put up your umbrella as the sun beds next door didn’t want the umbrella up. Also there were youths who were using to pool and bar who weren’t actually staying at the hotel. They were drunk and the obnoxious to be honest, but as they were spending plenty of money at the bar, the bar staff weren’t bothered. Other than that the reception staff were good also the housekeeping staff and the waiters in the restaurant

We visited Benidorm last year and stayed in Innside Costablanca just across the road. I feel like both hotel being so close and both 4 star could not be further apart. I booked Agir as it was cheaper and still in the fantastic location. The photos online made it look very cute and chic. Unfortunately seeing the room in person made us both feel a bit deflated. On arrival there was no one in reception and the bar staff had to give them a call to come and check us in. The hotel seems to only have two lifts. Both extremely slow and creaky. As we were on 1st floor we opted for the stairs unless we had the suitcases with us. Once we got into our room we realised that the decor is a lot more tired and dated than the pictures portrayed. While the room and bathroom were very clean, the dust on the air con unit has made me gasp. It was really hot so we had to use it but I was really worried what on earth I was breathing in. The housekeeping did a good job tidying up rooms every day but for some reason did not touch that unit. Throughout our 5 night stay we only got 2 330ml bottles of water so had to go to a local supermarket to stock up. Fortunately the location means you’re surrounded by shops. The pool area was a lot smaller than expected and while nice enough, it was a little tired and could do with a few updates. There was loud club music blasting for the first two days and unfortunately a few individuals decided to turn the pool into their own dance floor which made it hard for anyone else to use it. They also surrounded themselves with empty bottles and glasses so it was chaotic. The one bar attendant had to do everything, make cocktails, run to the kitchen to get food, stock up the bar etc. so unfortunately he didn’t seem to get much time to clean up. The breakfast had a very poor choice comparing to any other hotel we have ever stayed in. The option to have an omelette made was nice but I wish there was more to pick from in the self service area. One coffee machine for a room of people wasn’t enough either.

Just returned from a 4 night stay with a friend. Small room even smaller bathroom for 2 girls Pillows not good. Bathroom needs updating as rust around plughole and very tight shower area . Very old air conditioning but did the job well. Beautiful roof top bar . Breakfast good but food cold at times and lovely dining area . Great location for beach and all shops. Half way between old Town and Levanti end. No facilty to change and shower on day of departure as we had late flights. So used toilet . You can leave cases in luggage storage .

“All front with nothing underneath.” Whilst the hotel is in a brilliant location there’s nothing much more to say that’s positive. We travelled for 5 days, 4 nights as a couple, (outside of the 18-30 bracket) On check-in we were given a substandard room, they call it their economy. If you book with Jet2 just be sure to check. We had paid to ‘upgrade’ at the time of booking to a suite but only the economy was booked. Just a double room with windows. No balcony or terrace as booked! (That’s to sort with Jet2) Being the first few days of June the air con is still set at 19’ (their spring temperatures) don’t ask for it to be turned down as they can’t/wont. Also if you ask for a fan for the room you will be dismissed to the nearest shop to buy one! The room was cleaned daily, however, the floor managed to still have the same moths and debris on the floor at the time of check out that it did on check in?! (Pictures were taken day 1 , 2 & 3!) The shower didn’t drain away quick enough so flooded the bathroom floor. The bathroom door was catching on the flooring so it didn’t move past barely open. This was reported at reception, maintenance came two days later, looked at it, then did nothing about it. Breakfast was minimal but what we had appeared fresh and the coffee hot. No issues with the Vibe (being a vibe hotel) letting the young lads play their music around the pool was a welcome change from the repetitive playlist the bar had. The pool is an accessory more than anything. It becomes like a swamp in the afternoons once the people, oils, lotions and drinks have been in a while! Lastly, if you have a late flight, Check out is 11am. They do not provide a room to shower and change before you leave, so a wash in the toilets is the best they’ll offer! The hotel could have done far better, it wasn’t what we would expect for the 4* it claims to be.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Nice and clean, daily room service, great roof top bar and a lovely little pool to cool off in. Good breakfasts and very reasonably priced. Location is perfect between the new and old town making it a great base to explore the night life!

We've just arrived back after a 5 night stay at Agir The Springs. Location is the selling point to the hotel as it's one street away from the beach front, one street away from the ***** and 10min walk to The Old Town. We had a twin room with Avenue view and it was a lovely room with balcony, great for people watching and not noisy at all. Unfortunately we became ill on our 2nd day so stayed in bed for 2 days and found the beds very comfortable. Rooms are cleaned daily if needed and all staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. We stayed half board but due to illness only managed breakfast once and evening meal twice. The evening meal is a set 3 course menu with a good few options, Breakfast options were cereal, breads, pastries and hot breakfast which we found was warm even though we arrived first thing, they do have a microwave but the plates don't fit.
