Staff were extremely polite.
Rooms were clean.
My toilet had a leak I reported it to staff they sent a repair guy up who fixed the problem with in a hour or two.
Hotel is a bit dated but if you just want somewhere so sleep this is great.
Will definitely come back here.

This hotel was very bad I payed £1200 pounds for this. No wifi towels smelled hallways smelled to the swimming pool artificial grass also smelled the dining room also stinked a bit but no WiFi is absolute madness but the food was okay and bar was not to bad but what’s disgusting is there are bugs always crawling the rooms we’re unhygienic bedsheets horrible I’m not coming back in case of a emergency I really hope they improve this

Clean Room just really dated, Aircon worked beds were terrible.
Location is worrying it's right outside Muggers Alley and don't be fooled by the police station opposite. After 3am it's quite dangerous down there and we'll known for people being mugged/robbed.

Honnest review just come back after a week.
Perfect location if your a party person.
Hotel lovely and clean the beds exceptionally comfortable.
Breakfast lovely(except for the bacon)something for everyone even gluten free and sugar free and lots of fresh fruit.
It's a budget hotel yoh get what yoh pay for it needs sprucing up but it's acceptable and the biggest thing for me was no balconies.The pool area is lovely.
My only negative is it's on muggers alley where the muggers and prostitutes hang about we had a few run ins with them . This part brings the hotel down for me and feel there should be more done by the hotel as it happens right outside the entrance.
But overall not a bad hotel for the money staff were fabulous.

Didn't really get much interaction with the staff apart from one of housekeepers who seemed very friendly.
Food was very poor but in fairness the food from most of the restaurants/pubs along the strip wasn't very good either.
Me and my husband witnessed a group of girls from outside out bedroom window trying to pick pocket vulnerable men. My husband went down to the reception to report it and ask them to contact the police and the reception staff said its like that all the time. And said they wouldn't do anything about it.
I would not stay at this hotel again ...

The staff at the hotel were all fantastic, rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were available which is a rare sight at other hotels.

We stayed bed and breakfast on this trip, the location of the hotel is within easy reach of lots of very reasonable places to eat, although breakfast at the hotel was great with lots of choice, both cooked and a cold meat selection.

The outdoor Pool at the hotel was a little cold, sun loungers and parasols were always available.

Our stay at the hotel was for a birthday celebration and was used as a base to sample all of the night life along the strip.

I can't really comment on the entertainment in the hotel in the evening, but during the day they were running killer darts, archery French bowls etc. and they were not pushy at all to take part.

Very nice bar and a beautiful hotel. Really friendly staff. Drinks slightly above the average price but well worth a visit. Good background music played throughout the day

The rooms are spacious, we didn't have a balcony and not enough plug sockets, had to take the kettle out to plug in the air condition which was positioned near the fridge so couldn't benefit from it. Not enough plug sockets, also could do with brighter lights as it was a struggle to put our make up on, apart from that the room was okay. Ideal location easy access to all the main bars. Food was good not as good as the Servi group chain but was fine for the price. Had a great stay.
