Magic Villa de

This hotel is in an excellent position as many people have said. The price is good for the location alone. The rooms are ok, comfortable and clean. The whole hotel could do with a freshen up as it is looking very tired. But it is functional. The reception and bar staff are very friendly and helpful. The reason for a 3 for service is only one complaint towards the room servicing. I understand they have a job to do in a very limited time. Check out was before 12 noon, and check in was 4pm. From about 9am the maid was on the floor cleaning rooms making alot of noise and also had a radio on. She attempted to enter our room 5 times before 11am I explained my partner wasnt feeling great and was resting and we would be gone by 11am. I took the bags to the car then came back about 10.45 to find the supervisor about to enter our room again looking very angry. I told her to wait and that we would be gone in a few minutes. So unfortunately the checkout wasnt a pleasant experience, if they want the rooms earlier then let guests know and change the check out time.
Overall apart from this I thought it was a good budget hotel.

Perfect location if your a party person.
Hotel lovely and clean the beds exceptionally comfortable.
Breakfast lovely(except for the bacon)something for everyone even gluten free and sugar free and lots of fresh fruit.
It's a budget hotel yoh get what yoh pay for it needs sprucing up but it's acceptable and the biggest thing for me was no balconies.The pool area is lovely.
My only negative is it's on muggers alley where the muggers and prostitutes hang about we had a few run ins with them . This part brings the hotel down for me and feel there should be more done by the hotel as it happens right outside the entrance.
But overall not a bad hotel for the money staff were fabulous.
