Unfriendly front desk — zero warmth, not what you expect at this price point.
Worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had — basic continental spread, no effort. If you order eggs, expect to wait 15 minutes for an omelette. Completely unacceptable.
Noise nightmare — lucky me, first floor room. I got to enjoy constant door slamming from people using the emergency stairs, and was woken up at an insane hour by a garbage truck making massive noise while picking up multiple loads of trash. I travel for work — this wrecked my sleep.
The “gym” is laughable — a tiny hole in the wall with random Decathlon equipment. You cannot call this a gym if you’re an AC Marriott. It’s a joke.
Room? Basic at best. They provided two tiny 200ml bottles of water — seriously, for €460 a night?
Verdict: Never again. This hotel is a total miss on every level.
