It was an amazing hotel!! Totally recommend!!

We had a great experience staying in the hotel. The location is convenient. The breakfast had a lot of options. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

Location is good. 1min go to metro station. The cleanliness is just so so. The service is below average, I ask for complimentary bottle of water for 2 times because 2nd day never top up, they always say yes, will send. But in the end never send. S$300+ dollar per night definitely not worth to it. Won’t visit again

Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city.

The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations.

We visited the rooftop bar for some drinks and food and it was incredible. The views over Madrid are simply breathtaking.

The hotel was immaculate throughout and our room was modern with great facilities to make for a perfect stay. A couple of issues for considering, other than opening the window, it was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature as the air conditioning was off ( I understand this is due to regulations), so on occasion the room was too hot. Secondly, the shower needs care as hot water was super dangerous hot when trying to regulate the temperature.

Breakfast was simply sublime, such a fantastic range of good quality foods and drinks and all overseen and managed by a great team of friendly welcoming staff, thank you

My final thoughts are on the staff. From housekeeping, reception, door staff and bar all treated us as valued and very welcome guests. I particularly mention the lady working on the downstairs bar who went out of her way to help us when we just missed closing time , brilliant. The staff are a credit to this very impressive hotel. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding – delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff, including security, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant personnel, were all friendly and very helpful. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. If I visit the city again, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation!

The service is impeccable here and the welcome into the grand lobby sets the tone for your stay. The rooms were a slight disappointment as they're extremely corporate with awful cold,rough vinyl style flooring. But the bathrooms were fabulous and breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect for our stay and as we paid a reduced rate we felt it was great value for money. The queue for the rooftop bar was out of control and unfortunately we couldn't use the pool as it was out of season. Worth bearing in mind when you're planning your trip.

It’s a lovely place. You pay 10€ to get up and have bar access. Totally worthy! Best view you will have in Madrid. Had only drinks, no food. But it is a busy place with the tourist atmosphere; so get ready to every corner be very crowded.
