I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading reviews. The staff was great, the gentleman at the front desk stood out for being very accommodating, helpful, and professional. Thank you!
Breakfast was very good, certainly much better than what I’m used to from hiltons in the states as a business traveler, and the superior room was large and very clean.
Only two things caught my attention- the bed was pretty stiff and I actually like a firmer mattress, and the lightning was not sufficient to do makeup despite 2 systems. I even tried the hallway.
I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and very friendly and attentive staff.. the rooms are very bright and clean. Easy to walk to almost every place in Madrid from there. The font desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will pick this location again for our quarterly visits to Madrid .

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid–Prado! The front desk service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants. Convenient taxi access right to the entrance. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Definitely a 4-star hotel with 5-star service. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Alejandro at the front desk stood out for his kindness and professionalism — he served us coffee in the morning, arranged a taxi, and even took the initiative to load our bags while I was still sipping my coffee since the taxi came earlier than expected. Throughout our stay, the staff checked in to make sure we had everything we needed in the room, which made us feel well cared for. A truly thoughtful and professional team — highly recommended.

The location is very central, with museums, the Chamber of Deputies, and Puerta del Sol all within walking distance. A warm cookie was provided upon check-in, which was a welcome touch. The breakfast was a bit limited but still acceptable. There were trees outside the room, and being able to open the window for a breeze was quite pleasant.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The Doormen Samuel & Lula (Romanian) were all wonderful by providing us a map & sat us down to note various local attractions & dinner/drink options.
The Manager (Anna) was especially kind, open to honest feedback & took immediate steps to rectify a service issue during breakfast.
Given its great location, clean rooms & attentive staff I’d highly recommend this hotel

This is an excellent, well located hotel with friendly staff. The room was outstanding. It was spacious by European standards and had a nice bathroom with modern amenities. The rest of the hotel also had beautiful architecture and was well kept. All the staff I interacted with were great and provided me with efficient service.

We had a great stay at the double tree by Hilton Prado. I knew it was nice from the booking but it was even better in person. Hotel was was beautifully decorated, staff were very nice and helpful. We had a room with queen bed which was very comfy. Loved the two full length sized mirrors- one of my favorite parts. Bathroom and shower were great. I also felt the location was very central to everything we wanted to do but wasn’t in too busy of an area and felt peaceful, quiet, and safe at night. Air conditioning worked great! Also the Michelin restaurant on main floor was a nice touch. Will 100% stay here again in the future if/when we come back. Thank you for the great stay!!
