Quiet place not so far from the centre of Madrid, very close ti Bilbao square and Metro station. Breakfast was good, starts at 7.30. Rooms are comfortable with bathtub. Personell at the reception was polite and really tried to communicate in English.

A bit on the pricey side, but the paris style balcony and its closeness to the center - walkable within 20-30 mins is worth it. It's 7 minutes to the cool vintage street. The staff are nice, free cookies in the lobby. the closest supermarket 1 min away. comfy beds. one of the few beds that didn't make me itch or give me rash compared to other pricey hotel chains

It was a good and comfortable accommodation. It's really central and well located. Reasonable breakfast altough could have more options We got a good night rate to be in such good location (less than 100 euros a night inclusive of BB). The entrance hall is like an art gallery. Our room needs a bit of decoration.

We had a great experience in our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was good for two people. The location was the prime of the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants around, close to the metro and most attractions of Madrid.

The breakfast 🥞🍳 was great. Buns 🥐🍈, fruits 🍓🍑, 🥒🥒, tomatoes 🍅🍅, cheese 🥖 🧀, empanadas, yoghurt, cakes 🍰🎂 are really good and there was enough of them.
The hotel 🏨🛏️ might need light renovation inside but it is still fine for the money. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. They did their best.

I’m not sure who gave this hotel 4 stars. The lobby is extremely dated. There is fluorescent lighting and hallways are dark and dingy. Our carpet was stained. It smells like smoke in the lobby. There is really not a “bar or restaurant”- it’s just a breakfast buffet. Staff is nice and friendly but that’s about it.
They also added an extra bed to my room and despite my saying I didn’t need it they charged me for it nightly and refused to reverse the charge so it ended up being more money than listed here. You could definitely find a nicer place to stay.

Great location central walking distance to everywhere metro brings you anywhere you need just down the road. Friendly staff clean room. Mattress needed replacement in my room as it was low on one side otherwise a great room

Good clean hotel with decent breakfast (12€ extra).
Our appropriately numbered room, 404, was particularly noisy with the infrastructure of the hotel. Waste water pipes and air conditioning noises pass directly through the side of this room making for a noisy evening and night.
The insulation between rooms is a wee bit poor too. I could hear the bloke on the next door toilet every morning. Yummy!
Otherwise no kettle in the room, water not replenished in the fridge. So all in all it cost 2 stars for these indiscretions and the noise.
But clean and very friendly helpful staff.

Room was clean and facilities worked. However it was dark and quite a depressing place to stay. Breakfast was OK with a standard range of buffet foods. The service from hotel staff was good and helpful.
