They gave me the basement bunker without windows unlikely with my booking for SUITE room. The old front desk woman came to us quietly and she ask us to use STAIRS instead of elevator with no reason. She could see that I was with four big heavy carriers. Please hire your workers carefully.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. Upon arrival, we found there was only cold water in the shower. Despite notifying the staff, who promised it would be fixed within an hour, the issue remained unresolved the next day. This was especially problematic since we were traveling with a 4-month-old baby who needed a bath after a long, hot day.

The rooms were small and poorly insulated, leading to constant disturbances from loud street traffic and construction noise directly above us. Additionally, late at night, there were noises from people moving chairs and creating other disruptions right above our room.

Overall, the hotel's lack of hot water, small room size, noise issues, and poor service made our stay far from comfortable, particularly for families with young children.

First let me say, the hotel staff were amazing! They were so helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. The room was refurbished, decorated tastefully and large. However, what my travel agent was not informed about was the fact that the whole hotel was under renovation!! Every floor had gaping holes in the walls and drilling, hammering and sawing were continuous. In itself, it wasn’t too much of a problem as it only happened between the hours of 8:30am to about 5:00pm. The problem lies in the fact that zero attempt had been made to mitigate the dust and dreadful air quality for the guests. My wife and I kept noticing deposits of dust on our things. Every time we were in the room, my wife would sneeze and I would cough. I couldn’t sleep due to swelling in my nose. Our last night, I had to use a flashlight to find something in the dark. What I saw is represented in the attached video. Appalling air quality with what could have been asbestos, from the construction. The dust proliferated the air conditioning system! Most hotels seal off areas of construction from guests for this very reason. In this case, no one cared! This was a serious health concern and not acceptable!
