Budget friendly hotel at a good location. The room was as expected small, but most importantly, it was clean. Overall, the whole hotel had a clean and modern look. The staff was speaking English and were in general helpful. The only criticism comes from the lack of places to hang and store things, like clothes etc. The otherwise modern interior design could have included some clever hook and shelf designs. The hotel was located at a nice non touristy neighbourhood with good access to the metro.

Great location, clean. Excellent value for money, basically a classic Ibis, no complaints whatsoever. I'd come back.

A Pleasant Stay with Warm Hospitality

It’s always a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it's a budget hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to highlight the young lady who assisted me during check-in—she was so kind and welcoming. She provided me with all the necessary information about breakfast locations, nearby laundry services, and more. That was very helpful and much appreciated.

The hotel's location is also very strategic. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and it’s close to both the bus and train stations. The room itself was simple but clean. Everyone at the hotel is polite and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

If I could suggest a few areas for improvement, they would be:

1. Provide a kettle in the room – Hot water for drinking is important for me, and having a kettle would be very convenient.

2. Install proper blackout curtains – This would help guests sleep better by blocking out excess light.

3. Offer laundry services – Having an in-house laundry option would be useful, especially for longer stays.

Other than these suggestions, everything else was perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the warm hospitality shown by all the staff. Thank you!

The hotel fulfills its purpose, for one night it is perfect.

The hotel is very clean, the location is central and the rooms have everything you need.

Everything was very good, although only 2 things, one of the the guys at the reception in the morning is quite unfriendly, I don't know if he is like that only with South Americans or with everyone but I felt him like that, and 2 the first day I heard footsteps outside the room and I even felt that someone tried to open the door in the early morning, I stayed there 2 nights and thank God nothing bad happened, everything was fine.

The room is small, but it is described in the room description, so it is in line with expectations. The room is clean and sanitary, the decoration is small and exquisite, it is a budget hotel with reasonable price, as the name says, it is a good choice for those who consider the budget. For a budget hotel, the breakfast is not good, but it is a pity that there are no vegetables.
