Over all 4/5. The place is convenient, clean and safe. It's close to the train like 10 mins away, plenty of good restaurants nearby and the service is great! Both receptionist and the custodian did well. The reception is very welcoming and gave me a city map right away and even give me tip about free entry museums. Thank you and hope you see you soon.

Great hotel experience. Very clean and spacious. Staff is amazing. Loved our time in Madrid.

Unbelievable the hazard of their high bathtubs where you can trip and kill yourself. Roof of the bathroom full of mold too. Water leaking from bathtub to the floor. Water fawcet not well adjusted it moves and seems to fall. Location is the only thing valuable as well as the service of the front desk.

This time my room had a little buzz sound at night, not very pleasant. It wasn't the heating because I had turned it off...
The room was super small, but the bed was very comfortable and it had a super little balcony (very sweet)

They check you in, then take your money (efficiently) and forget about you... disappointing tbh . If you pay more than 80/90 Euro's per night you will leave feeling short changed. I paid €60...The location is good but the road noise is unbearable at times. Forget about help or any regular 'hotel' services. You ger better service elsewhere in my humble opinion -Your on your own. They diverted me to Apple - Fat lot of help they were, I had much more joy with my service provider Sky (surprisingly) and even Easyjet (again surprise surprise). They rely on location not your loyalty, but I suspect the staff turn over so fast they do not care

Hotel Mora has an excellent location. It is a couple of minutes away from the Atocha train station and from there you can get anywhere. The food at the attached restaurant (which deserves its own entry) is plentiful and at very reasonable prices. The lobby was nice and warm, the staff was very courteous. The room I stayed in (a single) was small, it was cozy, the bed was inclined at an angle (a bit uncomfortable) and the mattress was comfy. The bathroom was tiny, diminutive, I have friends and family who wouldn't fit in the shower. The water was plenty hot and the pressure was awesome. One thing though, for some reason a disagreeable smell wafted into the bathroom from the drains or something, and I found that if the bathroom door was left open, you would walk into a funky smelling room. As long as I kept the door closed that wasn't a problem. The pricing was fair, and most everything that I wanted to see in Madrid was within walking distance.

Hotel Mora is in a great location close to the train station and to the Prado and the Botanical Garden. Our room was adequate, no wasted space. The bathroom was clean and the water in the shower/tub was warm. The towels were minimal, two bath towels and two hand towels, no face towels. They were very thin but adequate. The beds were twins pushed together but comfortable. Although our window/balcony overlooked the very busy street, we slept with it open and enjoyed the breeze. It was very loud but we were pretty tired after our long flights and an eight hour time change. The café attached to the hotel had great tapas and wine in the evening. Our experience for breakfast the following morning was not as good. The crowd overwhelmed the two people trying to provide service and the food was terrible. They could have used four persons waiting tables, cooking and cleaning.

The Hotel Mora where the organizer of our workshop booked us, participants was really a good hotel. They make sure that your room is clean everyday. I couldn't say anything negative cause I was really satisfied with their service. The receptionists were very accommodating. They would serve free breakfast: toasted bread or croissant, coffee with milk and orange.
