I stayed at this hotel several times, appreciating its central location. The rooms are small, carpeted, fairly clean. The bathtub/shower combo requires a great deal of effort to get into and out of, since they have a very awkwardly positioned glass partition. This last time, on my third night there I had a disappointing experience: an employee at the front desk stopped me and went on to interrogate me as to who I was and what was I doing there. He spoke with a heavy Russian accent, gave me incorrect info about my reservation and just had a nasty attitude. Like some KGB agent from a movie. Very unprofessional.

I had the spacious deluxe double room with balcony and full length bath tub. So relaxing. Location was nice, opposite the Botanical Gardens.

Everything's amazing about Mora. It was a fabulous experience. The hotel is located in downtown Madrid where every great spot is near you. Carlos is one of the most kindest man I've ever met. Thank you again for this wonderful journey. Surely gonna come back to Mora Hotel.

Conveniently located near atocha. The rooms have all you need - a hot water kettle would be appreciated - but are located along the main boulevard and are very noisy (there are double windows but that doesn’t cover and what if you like fresh air in such a small space….). Included breakfast is at the cafe next door but is minimal and any premium one is overpriced and bad. If possible just pay for breakfast somewhere else….

The location is perfect. Close to Atocha station, opposite the Prado museum and botanic gardens. The staff are excellent. Don't bother getting the breakfast included there is a very good coffee shop just behind the hotel. The rooms are small but adequate. Would recommend.

Over all 4/5. The place is convenient, clean and safe. It's close to the train like 10 mins away, plenty of good restaurants nearby and the service is great! Both receptionist and the custodian did well. The reception is very welcoming and gave me a city map right away and even give me tip about free entry museums. Thank you and hope you see you soon.

Great hotel experience. Very clean and spacious. Staff is amazing. Loved our time in Madrid.

Unbelievable the hazard of their high bathtubs where you can trip and kill yourself. Roof of the bathroom full of mold too. Water leaking from bathtub to the floor. Water fawcet not well adjusted it moves and seems to fall. Location is the only thing valuable as well as the service of the front desk.

This time my room had a little buzz sound at night, not very pleasant. It wasn't the heating because I had turned it off...
The room was super small, but the bed was very comfortable and it had a super little balcony (very sweet)

They check you in, then take your money (efficiently) and forget about you... disappointing tbh . If you pay more than 80/90 Euro's per night you will leave feeling short changed. I paid €60...The location is good but the road noise is unbearable at times. Forget about help or any regular 'hotel' services. You ger better service elsewhere in my humble opinion -Your on your own. They diverted me to Apple - Fat lot of help they were, I had much more joy with my service provider Sky (surprisingly) and even Easyjet (again surprise surprise). They rely on location not your loyalty, but I suspect the staff turn over so fast they do not care
