We had a great experience staying in this hotel! The room had exactly what we needed. And a small balcony overlooking Teatro Real. Variety in bathroom amenities. Daily room cleaning. Rich and quality breakfast! Excellent location close to Royal Palace and Opera metro station. The staff is very kind and helpful. More than a two-star hotel. Highly recommend. I would stay there again. Thank you very much!!!

We had enjoyable stay here as service provided by reception was exceptional, they really looked after us. Room wasnt very big, but was enough and looked fresh. Window was facing internal yard, so no view and no sun, bare in mind there are quite few rooms like that, so if you want street view most probably you need to upgrade. Bathroom was good size and it was spotless clean. Breakfast didnt have huge variety, but quality was very decent including coffee. Location is superb as you right by opera and Palacio, 5 min walk to busy shopping street with famous churros place.

Absolutely loved staying at Room Mate Mario. The staff are very welcoming and nice. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There's also a small balcony overlooking the street which was very charming.

A very good hotel at the heart of the city. Well organized and clean rooms. The breakfast is also really good. So close to Palacio Real and the Cathedral

Has decent prices but our room looking into a hole inside the buildings. Pay attention for the room choice.

Good location with lots of Madrid sights in easy walking distance. Love the free portable wifi hub which helped us so much! Staff was helpful and kind, rooms a little tight but totally adequate and clean, with comfy beds.

Fantastic experience! Exceptional staff, particularly Eva and Yvonne. They were so friendly and accommodating. This is a very clean, stylish hotel in an incredible location within walking distance to Plaza Real, Teatro Real, Puerto Sol and great shopping and restaurants. Can't say enough good things!
