Terrible Experience – Humiliating and Unprofessional Treatment

I had an incredibly distressing experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

During my stay, the hotel staff falsely accused me of taking a couple of bottles of water, leading to an embarrassing and humiliating situation where the police were called, I was searched, and then asked to leave. Despite remaining calm and cooperative throughout, I was treated unfairly and made to feel completely unwelcome.

On top of this, I was explicitly told at reception that I could cancel my stay without charge, only for the hotel to later go back on their word and refuse a refund for the first night. I would have understood if a reasonable cancellation fee had applied, but what I won’t accept is being treated like a liar or a thief for no reason.

The room itself was subpar—far from what one would expect from a decent hotel. The walls had fresh paint, which caused a strong, unpleasant smell that made it difficult to breathe, especially considering there was no proper window. Instead, the room had an internal window facing a tiny patio that seemed to be used for laundry or garbage disposal. To make things worse, the hotel had put up a wallpaper of a street view, as if that would somehow trick guests into feeling like they had access to fresh air. It was claustrophobic and uncomfortable.

The management's handling of the situation was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of care for guest experience. I would never return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a respectful and comfortable stay.

Awful Experience – Rude Management and Unbearable Room

This hotel was a complete disappointment. I was also told I could cancel without charge, only for them to go back on their word and refuse a refund for the first night. I wouldn’t have minded a small cancellation fee, but being lied to and treated so poorly was unacceptable.

The room itself was terrible—fresh paint filled it with a harsh smell, making it hard to breathe, and there was no real window, just a fake street-view wallpaper covering a tiny, suffocating patio space. It felt like a trick rather than a real accommodation.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a fair and respectful stay.
