The problem started once I tried to call them for a parking place. The telephone number from both booking and google maps is correct, I called many times but no one answered. If you have a car, the parking will cost you 20€ more per night, if there is a space available. The room did not have any window, the mirror is broken on the right corner and the furnitures are old…next time I would pay more for a different hotel. The lady at the reception is polite and helpful!

The location was good, the people were friendly. There is a carpark in premises underneath the hotel that is a little bit tricky to get in and out.

There was a problem with the air conditioner.
But in general the hotel is very good close to transportation and shopping center

Far from the metro station. It's shabby, as the entrance and reception are rather shabby, but it's not too noisy and the room, although basic, is clean, as is the bathroom. It could be recommended, as a budget option, if it were closer to the metro. Breakfast was good and inexpensive.

Our family of four stayed in this hotel for three nights. The rooms were made everyday and towels changed as well. Reception being a first touch-point served more like a gate-keeper function. Staff understood English but could not be bothered helping when asked for a local map where we were asked to go to a tourist info centre. Same thing for hot water where we did not notice the breakfast room location, which is run separately. The guy at reception gave the impression that he was doing forced-labour in this customer service role. The hotel is located equi-distance between Userà, turn right and first street right, Legazpi, turn right and straight and Amendrales, cross the street, then turn next left to walk to the respective metro stations taking around a 10-minute walk to either of one. Bus stops are located a metres towards Userà way but took some time to reach the city centre. Metro was no way different as both three stations were part of the city loop, where connections needed to be made. If you choose this area it is important to note that buses don't allow passengers with suitcases on board. Metro stations are not that user-accessible either, as luggage should be carried along staircases even elevators were available but to a certain extent with long distance line exchange.
