It was a very bad stay experience. The hotel front desk was obviously unfriendly to Chinese people. Even though we were fluent in English, they were still quite unnice. You can imagine how much cold stares we would get if our English was a little worse. My Chinese compatriots, please choose carefully. There is no need to step on this landmine.
Also, the parking lot is very narrow, and people with poor driving skills will be caught in a dilemma. The hotel room is also very small. The housekeeper forgot to bring water on the second day. I called the front desk to ask for water, but the manager actually asked to confirm whether he really forgot before he was willing to send water. What kind of operation is this? excuse me, radisson!

We booked this property because it had airport shuttle only to find out upon arrival it is not working. Although hotel is in walking distance to airport, we had a lot of luggage and had to get a taxi to take us. Was told their shuttle is electric and does not working often. Would have never booked this hotel if I knew they didn’t have a shuttle available. Jerome is very nice.

Everything in the room was fine, except that there was no hot water. I called the front desk, but they insisted that I turn on the switch myself. I tried but it didn't work, and they refused to change the room.
I really don't understand how this money is spent. I just hope it's closer to the airport. It's more convenient for everyone to book other hotels nearby.
