This hotel is in a great location, next to the Fontaine du Soleil and a quick walk to the Old Town. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We only stayed one night and that was perfect for this location. The rooms are extremely small (two of us barely fit in with our luggage) and the shower was so tiny that you couldn’t turn around. Also, while they do serve breakfast, you have to notify them the prior evening, which was never explained to us and so we missed out. All in all a good hotel if you are passing through, but not for longer stays.

I really want to LOVE this hotel. We were fortunate enough to get the only balcony room they have and it was amazing. There is a ton of potential here. The rooms are clean, up dated and modern, but craftmanship and details are greatly lacking. Bathroom door handle fell off in my hand as I touched it. The shower head sprays EVERYTHING. Toilet constantly runs after flushing, and not a lot of hot water for showers. Everything in that room could use some TLC. The bed was comfortable though.

I stayed with a group of 11 of us recently. Great location, rooms were good and breakfast was great as well. The only thing it needed was a pool! I know due to the building being built in the 19th century there was no way for it to be built but if it was possible I would recommend they added one :-D.

Superb location and for that reason would stay again. Staff were friendly, room was clean. The room and bathroom were very small, so would not recommend if you are wanting to spend time in your hotel room.
Definatel 3 star in terms of amenities and extras like toiletaries.
There is always someone on reception,
But you use codes to get in, and I found the doors hard to open etc, and it wasn't clear how to check in before you were given the access code. Don't think there was a lift either.
In short great location, room was fine.

My Daughter and I stayed in a top loft room, which was great for a bit of exercise. In fact most of southern France was good for exercise. Sometimes it seemed everything was up hill, even the way back. We stayed for several days in June. It was an excellent hub for exploring southern France. Bought a transit pass for $50 each, exploring as much as we could. Our French was poor, Google translate helped. All the French people we interacted with were excellent and understanding. Grocery store nearby, excellent everything. May go back again and bring more of my kids. Thanks for having us and making us feel comfortable. We're from the West Allis, Wisconsin U.S. area

Petitioned perfectly. Close to the beach, shops, food and markets, the area was completely safe. My teenager wondered around at there own will comfortable. Really recommend the gelato around the corner, the 3 brothers bar on the other corner and for a quick bite, Chicken street which is to the right of the hotel near the tram lines. The rooms were comfortable, the stairs with luggage was a night mare. But the young man working there was very helpful, the other staff were a bit standoffish. Walk around directly in front of the hotel pass the park and to the left are amazing high end stores and tasty restaurants. Dinner on average for 6 with drinks was about 150 euro. Directly infront of the hotel up the road about 10min walk is Lafayette shopping centre and many more food places.

Fantastic position - so close to Old Town and beach. The hotel is on the first floor so need to carry luggage. Staff friendly. We drove and parked nearby in the 24 hour car park - Park Sulzer - which is a couple of minutes walk away. So close to many restaurants, the markets at Cr Saleya and beach. A great place to stay!

Clean basic room. Comfy bed and good shower. Great location in Nice. Located on first floor of old building. No lift so be prepared to carry cases up a flight of stairs. Great for 1 night stay.
