Novotel Arenas Aeroport in Nice

Not worth the cost or time at this Novotel due to one particular staff member. Mr Jean Pierre/Jean Mance. He was rude from the start, late at the pick up at the airport. Then almost drove us off the road, was driving onto the sidewalk fast, while we had a child onboard. He simply did not answer questions and spoke terribly to us. Check out was poor due to his nature as well. Unfortunately Novotel was subpar due to their uneducated rude staff. I would not recommend this place and would easily book in any other hotel nearby. Campinelle may be smaller but their staff are friendly and helpful. The sheraton nearby is more expensive but you will get service accordingly. Novotel needs to train their employees better when handling international customers. Or change this person to another shift where his mood can accommodate people.
