From the moment we arrived at the Four Seasons Astir Palace, everything was exceptional. The location is breathtaking — nestled along the Athenian Riviera with stunning views of the sea. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Our bungalow was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a private terrace and swimming pool overlooking the water.
Dining our stay at the hotel the Tavern 37 restaurant offered delicious cuisine and impeccable service. The spa and wellness facilities were world-class, and the beach area was pristine and peaceful.
Whether you're looking for relaxation, fine dining, or a romantic getaway, this hotel delivers on every level. Highly recommended!

The most concerning issue was with housekeeping. Water was not replenished unless we specifically requested it each day, and used glasses were never replaced. Even more shocking, one of the staff members offered us weed cigarettes — something completely inappropriate and unacceptable at a property of this level.
It was also my friend’s birthday during our stay, yet the hotel made no acknowledgment of this special occasion. At a true luxury resort, such moments are usually recognized and celebrated, which made this lack of attention particularly disappointing.
The room itself was also underwhelming. The view looked directly onto the parking area, something not disclosed during booking. Several small but important details that define a 5-star experience were missed: for example, the welcome screen at check-in displayed only “Guest” instead of her name. On our very first night, the bed was not properly arranged — the sheets were messy, and the duvet had not even been placed inside the cover.
Overall, this stay was not worth the value and did not reflect the standards of a world-class resort. The service, attention to detail, and overall experience fell well short of expectations, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a true 5-star stay.
Please let me begin by saying that from our initial arrival at the Four Seasons Hotel Astir Palace, Athens. We immediately knew that our stay and accommodations would be a memorable experience. It was.
The hotel lobby is immaculate in its decor and furnishings, and spacious enough for guests and visitors to take in the elegant views of its reception area, as well as its manicured grounds, beaches, and cabanas, set against anchored yachts, and a breathtaking vista of the Mediterranean Sea.
A vista that parallels the vision of Four Seasons in delivering service and hospitality that exceeded our expectations and experience at every level. The attention to detail, the personalized service, and the genuine care for our comfort and enjoyment were truly exceptional.
But more importantly, and above all. Lucy and I are truly appreciative and grateful for the exceptional level of customer service that was extended to us by the staff at every level during our stay at the Four Seasons. Their dedication and professionalism made our stay truly memorable.
At our initial arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Filippo and the entire staff at the reception counter. Paired with your whole staff, Mr. Filippo welcomed us to the hotel with a warm smile. His kindness and the friendly atmosphere created by the reception staff made us feel like family and right at home. Thank you, Fillipo and reception staff, for your service and hospitality.
We would also like to extend our Gratitude to your Client Experience Manager, Marcos, and the entire pool and beach staff for their exceptional support and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service during our stay and visits to the beaches.
