I would give a Zero if I could. Extremely disappointed with the service provided and the information or lack there of that was given. We booked a one night stay to break up our trip home. I had our reservation as well as our proof of payment… which I had received several days prior to our stay. After waiting in a long line to check-in, we gave all of our documents including the receipt, and were told that we needed to pay for the room. I showed the front desk yet again my confirmation email as well as the receipt which clearly indicated that we had paid in full. The lady INSISTED that I would not be charged twice… and that I had in fact not been charged at all. Since we were on our honeymoon, I wasn’t checking my bank statement every hour, but after almost an hour wait to get to our room it was the first thing I did…. and of course I had indeed been charged twice. I spent upwards to an hour going back and forth with the hotel manager at the end of our vacation to have this issue resolved. Clearly the front desk doesn’t know what they are doing and aren’t trustworthy. I was reassured multiple times… now by the hotel manager that he would have this dealt with and that he would see to it that the charge didn’t go through. A week later and I’ve now paid for two nights at this mediocre hotel and we stayed for approximately 9hours. Now will have to contact my credit card company as this hotel is not reliable and doesn’t care about their paying customers. Save yourself the headache, wait time, and money. Stay somewhere else.
