RThis hotel is truly exceptional. The spa is beyond compare, and the front desk staff consistently go above and beyond to guarantee a delightful stay. I had the pleasure of staying at the Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso in September for a work conference, and it was truly an outstanding experience.
The rooms were beautifully appointed, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect retreat after a long day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my experience was seamless.
One of the highlights was the free breakfast offered every morning. It was incredibly diverse, with many delicious choices to suit any preference, making it a great way to start the day.
I also treated myself to a massage at the spa, which was phenomenal, a perfect way to relax. The private beach was another standout, offering a peaceful and scenic spot to unwind. Additionally, the concierge service was excellent, helping me arrange a day trip to explore the local sights, which added a memorable touch to my visit.
Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

I booked Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso expecting a luxurious 5-star experience, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we walked into the room, the first impression was completely ruined: ants crawling on the floor, pubic hair in the bathroom sink, dirty sheets with stains, torn curtains, and even a used sock left under the bed. This wasn’t just disappointing—it was appalling.
We immediately asked for an early checkout, offering to pay for the first night just to leave. Instead of addressing the issues or showing any professionalism, the manager, George Giannitopoulos, not only refused our request but shifted the blame onto us, even accusing our dog of causing the damages. Let me be clear: the issues were documented with photos upon our arrival, and the dog is well-behaved and incapable of the so-called damages they claimed.
The lack of professionalism and accountability was astonishing, and frankly, I wouldn’t describe this manager’s approach as anything close to being a gentleman. This refusal to handle the matter fairly caused us over €1,000 in damages and ruined what should have been a relaxing trip.
Even basic expectations were ignored—how does a 5-star hotel have bathroom doors that don’t lock?
Fortunately, Booking.com refunded their service fee after reviewing the situation, but the experience left a bad taste that no refund can erase. Avoid this hotel and its management at all costs. Cleanliness, professionalism, and respect for guests are clearly not on their priority list.

This is the second stay for our family at this hotel and once again it exceeded our expectations. On arrival, the porters assisted us with our luggage, the staff at the front desk were welcoming and made checkin simple. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff were so attentive during breakfast to ensure we were happy. We enjoyed the fresh water and salt pools and also the hotel’s proximity to the beach.
In fact all hotel staff we encountered were so helpful and we appreciated the high standards of customer service. The hotel room was modern and immaculate as were all areas of the hotel. After leaving the hotel and had arrived at the airport, we realized we had left two gift bags at the hotel. We telephoned the staff who immediately put the bags in a taxi and we collected them from the taxi driver at the airport. No hesitation recommending this hotel!
In fact all hotel staff we encountered were so helpful and we appreciated the high standards of customer service. The hotel room was modern and immaculate as were all areas of the hotel. After leaving the hotel and had arrived at the airport, we realized we had left two gift bags at the hotel. Not a 5 stars resort experience when compared to recent units on the Athens Riviera and…In urgent need of overall renovation, since the early 2000´s. F/B performance, breakfast buffet setting and quality « locked » on the stingy eighties standards: out of the hot buffet servings there us extra charge for eggs, 15€ for room service charge etc…

Our flights were cancelled so Aegean Air sent us to this hotel. While checking in, they handled bus loads of people with ease. They were polite, helpful, and caring. The rooms are fantastic, chock-full of free amenities and bonuses, even if the walls are a bit thin. The outdoor pool area is nothing short of stunning and we couldn't comprehend how expansive the gym/spa area was. It was a shame we were only there for one night because it was so cool to stay there. They even have a tunnel to safely bring you to their beach front!

Once again our stay was definitely worth every penny. Spacious room with an incredible view and a big pool to die for. The whole staff was very kind and friendly. However, we will never forget Mr. Antonis who provided excellent service along with his fluent English. He was also very kind to our friend's children.

Wonderful hotel, great and friendly staff. You’re greeted at the door for bag assistance. Check in was a breeze and hospitable. Breakfast is nice and varies slightly daily. The rooms are fabulous!!!! Nicely sized balcony. The gym is the best hotel gym I’ve been in and I stay at a lot of hotels for work. They have every machine you can think of in two nice sized rooms. I didn’t use the spa services but the space looks beautiful. Pool area is very nice and relaxing. There are two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. And everyone wears a smile on their face. The beach is right across the street. 10/10 recommend

Nice hotel located in Vougliameni. Rooms are clean and nice. Personnel is very helpful. Food was tasty and varied. WiFi works fine across the whole hotel. Plenty of restaurants in the surroundings. Has its own private beach and nice pools. Athens is at 25mn by taxi. You can also take the city’s buses. Good value for money.

Gorgeous hotel and location but... if you're a foreigner especially with dark skin, be ready to get some weird looks from staff and guests. Not very welcoming. For some reason when I checked in, they asked for my passport instead of just a normal ID like they did for the guests in front of me.
