Friendly staff, especially the Catering Manager (?) who does the breakfast... He's super helpful & always ensuring there's ample food.
Foyer is a bit lacking in colour, but has a coffee machine & small fridge.
The breakfast is on 1st floor, atrium style. Rooms open onto the open space.
Comfy beds, fridge in room, shower with some power 😁 & we got clean towels everyday.
Aircon & enough packing space.
Even though we had a kettle in our room, no tea/coffee was provided.
The shower caddy was unfortunately screwed in at an angle so not very good.
Otherwise, brilliant lhotel.
7 mins walk to the Metro line & trams outside hotel. Aldi (or Lidl) around the corner.
The receptionist downstairs wanted to charge 800 for a 1.5L bottle and he only cash payment. With euro he was demanding 3. Not a good attitude from receptionist.
Firstly, we had few problems getting a room but that is not really a problem imo. It was resolved in 15 minutes.
Secondly, we paid for hotel breakfast because they are always delicious. Well not here. Usually they serve bacon, different types of eggs, some fruit etc. Not here. Advice: go to market and make yourself sandwiches for 3€ instead (and grab an apple or two). Gonna taste much better and cheaper.
Thirdly, mattress was awful. Unevenly soft, possibly older than hotel itself. True back killer.
Lastly, towels had hair all over them and red (probably blood) stains.
Hotel's location is decent - 25-minute-walk to most sights, public transport everywhere around hotel.
