Exceptionally stylish rooms, mine even had a small rooftop terrace with a view of the Opera, absolutely stunning. Very polite and helpful reception staff. A beautiful restaurant where breakfast is served. It would have been perfect if not for the rather unpleasant fact that I never got back an item I left in the room, which I came back for the next day. Yes, it was of course my oversight to leave a t-shirt hanging in the closet, but I don’t buy the response that “the cleaning staff didn’t find anything.” It’s impossible not to notice clothing hanging in a wardrobe. I believe it should be standard that guests’ belongings are secured and that the staff know how to handle such situations.

The hotel is located in the same building as a nightclub, which causes the entire structure to shake and generates significant noise and disruption, making it hard to sleep. When we called the reception, they responded by saying, “Well, it’s Saturday night.”

Great location next to Opera House. Creative room design. We had a top floor room with its own private viewing deck. Very cool. As nice as the room was, the rest of the property was curiosity off -putting. An ugly and dirty reference, a confusing journey to find a 3rd floor reception area. A tiny, short l slow elevator (yes, I know I am in Europe!). We had
a series of black-outs during the night. Very frustrating. TV on the bedroom has zero reception. No shower.

Very close to the airport express line 100E, 50 yuan special bus is available, Fisherman's Fort and Liberty Bridge can be reached by bus. The house is very beautiful, the included breakfast is good, and there are disposable slippers

I must recommend it highly. It is located in the heart of Andrassy Avenue, next to the National Theater, and has a century-old building living experience. Special rooms have terraces, and you can see the blue Budapest and the early morning Budapest. If you are a family of many people, the two-bedroom and one-living room apartment is highly recommended.

The room is absolutely beautiful, super super nice, the front desk guy is also very nice ~ I will come again next time, the location is also very good, although the breakfast variety is not much, but it is all delicious

Ok room. There was a bad smell in the bathroom on the first day I arrived. They could not get me another room as it was fully booked. But they managed to get a plumber on new years eve to fix the leaking bidet that was the cause of the smell.

Overall great room, even had bluetooth music player. Really nice.

But there is no lobby or extra services. So for me, paying 250 euros pr nigt is way to expensive for this kind of standard. The breakfast was mediocre at best, very little to choose from as a vegan.

Friendly staff. Would probably come back if money was no issue. But I will probably never return as long as the prices are the same

The service attitude is good. Although my family members don't understand English, they also try their best to introduce. The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway station, and is very convenient to various attractions. It is also a historical building and has a high cost performance
