Dirty around bathroom basin and inside vanity. Shower gel dispenser had the pump head, but no tube inside to draw the liquid.
Only paper cups in room for tea/coffee.
No ice available throughout stay (machine broken).
Breakfast buffet is okay, heavy on cakes/breads and very light on fresh items (which are in small dishes and not replenished). The coffee waitress was lovely.
I spent 1 night here and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and well maintained.
Breakfast buffet was gorgeous - big variety of both fresh and cooked foods, lots of bread and pastries.
Highly recommend
The coffee served at the hotel was simply divine, a perfect way to start the day. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in its coffee selection and preparation.
The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Their friendly demeanor and helpful nature made us feel right at home.
I was pleasantly surprised by the small free gifts, such as coffee and soft drinks. These thoughtful touches added an extra level of comfort and convenience to our stay.
Overall, my experience at 21 House of Stories was outstanding. The combination of exceptional service, delicious coffee, friendly staff, and delightful amenities made it a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.
Breakfast was very good. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was also good.
Staff were all very friendly. It's a 10 minute to a metro station.
My only issue was that the curtains didn't close fully.
