It was a great stay!
I spent 1 night here and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and well maintained.
Breakfast buffet was gorgeous - big variety of both fresh and cooked foods, lots of bread and pastries.
Highly recommend

Very clean, very nice hotel. Service at his top, also breakfast is very good. They have laundry and a fitness room. Room size is very good. Reception is 24/7.

All around, a really great stay at this hotel. We booked a Wizard Room for me, my wife, and my 3-year-old daughter. The room looked almost brand new. Spacious. Super quiet, even on New Year's Eve. Large, comfortable bed. Per my request, they had an infant bed placed in the room. In the bed, they prepared a little welcome package for my daughter, which included child-sized slippers! (Never had that before, even in 4- and 5-star hotels.) The complimentary breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and it was served in their large, well-decorated restaurant/hang-out space, which was adjacent to a large exterior courtyard. Every single staff member that I interacted with was very friendly. It was decently located: 25-min walk from Milano Centrale, and 10-min walk from two metro lines. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 21 House of Stories in Milan, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The coffee served at the hotel was simply divine, a perfect way to start the day. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in its coffee selection and preparation.
The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Their friendly demeanor and helpful nature made us feel right at home.
I was pleasantly surprised by the small free gifts, such as coffee and soft drinks. These thoughtful touches added an extra level of comfort and convenience to our stay.
Overall, my experience at 21 House of Stories was outstanding. The combination of exceptional service, delicious coffee, friendly staff, and delightful amenities made it a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The free snacks/minibar were a pleasant surprise.
Breakfast was very good. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was also good.
Staff were all very friendly. It's a 10 minute to a metro station.
My only issue was that the curtains didn't close fully.

Great hotel, big modern rooms. The staff was impeccable and super friendly. Breakfast was good! It's a bit out of the central Milan but it's about 5-7 minute walk to the train station where it is easy to get to where you need. All in all, satisfied! I recommend this hotel. If we find ourselves back in Milan, we will stay here again.

Personnel was very helpful and friendly, they have upgraded our room to a family one for free since we have a little baby. The rooms were quite neat & clean and the breakfast was nice. The only downside was restaurant, dinner menu is so limited (lebanese) and unnecessarily expensive, we ate there only 1 night and even though we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights.

I'm not a great reviewer of hotels, but this place is more than just a hotel! The rooms are clean. They follow eco policies ❤️ The lobby/working space is very cozy. Amazing ambience, and the staff is very accommodating and kind. The breakfast spread is tasty and with lot of options.
The location gets 4 stars because it's not centrally located to access all the tourist spots by foot, but it is well connected to the metros and trams.
Did I mention that the staff is amazing !?

my wife and I had a very pleasant two nights during new year Everything was lovely and amazing ! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable..

Staff were amazing and very friendly, we even missed the breakfast on our second day to catch the plane early in the morning, staff insisted to have breakfast when we told them thay we are in a hurry they gave us bottles of juice to drink on our way to the airport.. They even offer free refill water..

I would like to specially thank Martina for her lovely hospitality. she explained all the services to us and printed a paper which includes the hotel facilities, the access to gym etc.. Martina was very open to different cultures, and she really understood our needs without asking her.. whenever I get the chance, I will definitely come again .. Thank you very mich Martina..

Came here for my birthday with my boyfriend.
Unfortunately didn’t do anything when they confirmed they would change the bedroom in some way for my birthday.
Was given a drink to make up for this which was nice!
Hotel was lovely and clean. Interior was gorgeous and wouldn’t have changed anything about the room.
Breakfast was lovely and the chefs were also.
Staff were absolutely lovely and there english was great! sadly didn’t catch the names of who helped us but thank you greatly for being welcoming.
Would definitely come here again!!❤️
