Stayed at Hotel Miami in December- price was great, very nice staff, and good location. There is an elevator also. Very quite not a luxury hotel but for the price point excellent.

I loved this hotel it had everything I needed and it was very close to the train station so we could travel easily and come back

It’s very noisy in the morning, it’s mixed up with construction on 3rd floors start on 8:00 am. They put the construction material around the elevator and not safe enough to walk from

Location is right next to various areas and the service was nice. The hotel stuff is kind and friendly.
But the problem is it is facing main street and there's live house pub across the street. The wall is thin. So it's very noisy in the night time. I couldn't sleep well the whole stay.

The first hotel I've ever stayed in (in 45 countries) without a kettle. You had to buy coffee from a machine in the hallway.
We could hear everything from the run next door.
We had to queue for ten minutes for a table at breakfast, then it was so bad that we left after 5. Orange juice like water with a little squash, outdated pastries.
Good location, comfortable enough bed, but don't expect anything more than that!

- Noise/drilling on the 6th floor in the morning, meaning you could not sleep or have a conversation. In the first morning it was from 9am. Was told they would resolve it. Next morning, noise started from 7:30am. Told that since it was after 9am, they cannot do anything about it. They said they would look into it. I said can they email me to let me know how it goes. They said they cant, I said they have my email already from the booking. They gave me their email address to email, which I did. They responded an hour later saying: We are very sorry about the inconvenience. Unfortunately the floor of the building from which the noise was originated it's not part of the Hotel. We tried to investigate the source of the noise but we weren't able to understand were it comes from. We also tried to get in touch with you this morning, and we would have offered you to change room, but you weren't in your room and unfortunately now it is no longer possible to make a change. I was not in the room, as they said they would let me know by email. The next morning, noise started again before 9am. I changed hotel.

The hotel is amazing honestly it’s much more better than the description and the photos in the internet pages.

The staff are amazing and I’ve never seen helpful staff in any other hotel same like here.
they were always able to help and explain everything about the city before even i ask.
I really like to stay there, also next time i will be in the same hotel.

The central area, the main monuments are within walking distance with a walk of 10-15 minutes, close to the colosseum, the fori, piazza venezia and piazza di spagna. Clean rooms
