We are so happy we found this little gem of a hotel for our family visit to Rome.
It's very central, being less than a 10 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and just seconds from the beautiful Quattro Fontane, yet it's nice and quiet. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from Piazza Barberini Tritone.
The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and great air conditioning which we were very glad of. We had room 204 which was big enough for a family of 4. The beds were HUGE and very comfortable. The sauna in the room was a really nice treat, although we didn't get to use it much as it was over 30C when we were there!
The staff at the front desk were a joy, so friendly and helpful, always with a bright friendly greeting as we passed. Gina who was on the front desk most days during our stay was a ray of friendly sunshine every morning. Our daughters keep commenting about how friendly she was.
We arrived very late on a Friday night so we used their virtual check in process. The staff sent me instructions and a video beforehand via WhatsApp and we had no issues at all, it was perfectly simple and hassle free. We were also given a number to call in case we has an issue, but we were fine.
I would highly recommend the Escape Luxury Suite for a visit to Rome.

This was a great location. Very close to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and shopping. The ladies working made sure we had everything we needed and were very helpful with taxis and restaurants. The only reason to give 4 stars for the rooms is because they are working on a keyless system and we had actual key for the doors. As soon as that system is in place it would definitely be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is on a hill. It is close to Trevi fountain - 15 minute walk, Spanish steps - 10 minute walk but you do have to walk up a few hills to get back to it. Santa Maria Maggiore, where Pope is buried, is probably a 15-20 minute walk up hill. Villa Borghese head straight all the way when you turn right out of the hotel door. It is about a mile to get to the beginning of the park. The views from that area look over Rome. It is about a 35 minute walk to the Vatican. It is two flights up. There is an elevator, but it is small but worked fine. I chose the stairs. You can get breakfast brought to your room, but it is not a hot breakfast, however you can get toast and hard boiled egg along with yogurt, croissant etc.. There are not a lot of breakfast places around, but my brother and nephew found one after the museum, which is next to this hotel, take a right and it was in that area. We were always taking a left so that wasn't found until the end of our trip. There is no restaurant, bar. The hotel staff top notch. Thea and Gina were so friendly, helpful and fun to talk too. They would give suggestions that other hotel guests gave them for restaurants. We stayed in the family room as there were three of us. It had a king size bed and TV, table, refrigerator with drinks, but they let us take them out to put in our own. The next room was a queen bed with no TV. There was no door the rooms were open, but we were fine with that. It is very spacious and has a closet. The bathroom was large had a nice shower and a sauna, yes a sauna. I used it. They had hooks and hooks near shower so you could put your towel there. There was a small spot in shower to put shampoo and soap. There is air conditioning and it works really well! I like to let traveller's know about the hills and stairs just in case this is an issue for them. This is not a complaint, as I knew this before I went thanks to another person who wrote a review. The outside doors close by 9:00 p.m. You can use the key code to get in. No one is at the desk after 9 and not there until 8 a.m. I just think this is important to note.

We stayed for 4 days at Escape Luxury Suite.
The room was great, clean and spacious with all the commodities: tea, coffee, minibar...
The bed was large and really nice.
The receptionists were really nice, speak really good english and italian, they advised us a ton of different places to go without too much tourists. And they were really there for us the whole stay.
However, when we first arrived, the room lock was broken so we needed to use a key. Minor issue and we were advised of it soon enough.
Then, we noticed that the shower was broken down, with leakages everywhere and the temperature was basically impossible to control as well as the shower mode that were just not working.

We told the receptionist who were really reactive and concerned by the problem.
But when we talked about fixing it, they told us that the maintenance guy operated only in the morning, and we waited 3 days ( basically the last day for it to be slightly fixed)
Then, the second night we were woken up by the entire working crew who were apparently ramming the upper wall producing so much noise that we couldn't even fall back to sleep.
This time the receptionist couldn't really do anything, because the crew wasn't part of their team.
To finish, the day of the departure, the toilets were litteraly leaking on the floor.

We waited for any kind of compensation or commercial act to minimize all of those.

To conclude, it was a nice stay in rome, and the receptionist were lovely. But this guesthouse can't have hotel prices if there isn't all of the services that a hotel can provide, especially with those kind of problems.

The staff (Gina, Tea, Ethelle) are fantastic and extremely helpful. The location is close by to all activities. We have stayed twice and each time it has been a joy. The building is well maintained as are the rooms and facilities. Quiet area facing courtyards and large secure gates. Easy walks to any part of the city. We will be coming back in the future!

Everything about this place was fantastic! The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a charming, historic building, but the rooms are newly renovated with modern decor. They’re spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-ventilated, with windows in both the bathroom and bedroom, which is great for fresh air.

The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return if we’re back in Rome.

One thing to note: the building is on a hill, so getting back involves an uphill walk. This was manageable for us, but it could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

We just came back from a lovely stay. Amazed with the generous size of the suite and the comfort of the beds. Never slept in a softer hotel bed. The suite had an infrared sauna which was perfect after walking around Rome. And the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring. In walking distance of everything and close to Berberini metro. The hotel offers breakfast however we did not try that. There are many lovely places for breakfast, lunch or dinner close to the hotel. Lovely area. Active but not stressful and quiet in the evening. Gina was the one welcoming us and also the one we checked out with. Her bubbly energy and professional made our stay even better.

Lovely few days in Rome. Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive until after 22:00. The staff on reception were very helpful, buzzed us in and answered any questions we had. He then spent time showing us on a map where all the sites to visit and recommended places to eat.
The apartment was very comfortable, huge comfy bed and all was spotless. Cleaned everyday whilst we were out and towels changed. The shower was lovely and super hot water everyday.
Coffee maker in room which didn’t dispense hot water for our tea so they also gave us a kettle. Easy early check out in the morning.
Great location within walking distance to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby.
Would definitely recommend

Very inconvenient hotel, because it had no signs or proper direction, it’s inside a residential place, we were wondering on busy street trying to call them. No restaurant. Terrible bed, we could not sleep and are very sore. Air conditioning made terrible noises all night and room was still very very hot even with that horrible noise. It’s like chains knocking all night. Claustrophobic place. Inconvenient. They bring breakfast in the room because there is no restaurant. The bed was broken in the middle and we kept rolling to the middle and mattress was terrible, uncomfortable and sheets was ran out full of lumps making it more uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly.

Fun in Rome
Our room and the staff were wonderful. They have a really good breakfast room service for only 10 euro per person. Very near metro stop.
