This “hotel” is disgusting and expensive. First room they gave me had a literally hole in the floor. All the wall paper is peeling off the walls. Bathrooms are moldy and not clean. Second room was not much better. Wall paper peeling off the walls and stains on the walls of the bathrooms. Mini bar was double the prices of the better hotels in Rome. I didn’t take my socks off since the floor was questionable. Staff was friendly. I didn’t stay for breakfast since I had zero faith in the upkeep of this hotel. Very disappointed.

Great location and very friendly staff. However no air conditioning available until May...do not recommend staying here in the spring when temperatures approach 80° F and no ability to have any airflow into the room. Windows do open but street/alley noise is very loud with a dumpster outside and someone apparently needs to dump dozens of glass bottles into the metal bin.

The hotel is nice. The rooms quite comfortable and clean. The staff at the reception is very friendly. The girl that manage the breakfast is also very polite and friendly. I would come here again.

The location is pretty good. You can walk walk to most everything. Service is great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I travel for work and I had stay in this hotel multiple times. The location it’s ok in comparison to other hotels closer to the main landmarks. The rooms are clean and spacious shower (for Italian standards) If you don’t mind walking a little it should be great for you. Customer service is great and they will always try to make you feel welcome. The bellhop Claudio is very professional, helpful and makes you feel like home. I also stayed in the Westin Excelsior and Nazionale. Between these three hotels I recommend the Ludovisi overall.

The two-star service is given especially to the restaurant lady who's serving the breakfast...she selected couple of guests on serving coffee and when we asked for a cup of coffee she was really giving a poker face and made us feel really uncomfortable...
Cannot understand how people can behave like such and not good coffee at all🫢so if you don't want to bother yourself with such attitude, better not come...this is not the only choice in this area to live...we shifted to Hotel Eden in the next 2 days and never met such kind of people!

Excellent accommodations for group travel, with close proximity to many amenities. Very comfortable rooms with modern conveniences and superb water pressure 👍
