The hotel is close to underground train station, restaurant is first class, facilities are nice, staff are friendly. The in room snacks and drinks are totally free of charge, which shows their delicate customer service.

Great location - walkable distance (~＜10mins) to Rome Termini & Metro, and hv lot of great restaurants nearby.

Services - Staff are very friendly & helpful. Snack & minibar (water, soft drinks) are all free and refill everyday.

Accommodation (Double + single bed) modern & comfortable, room size is good & enough to open 3 large suitcases. Bathroom is big, with both shower & bathtub.

Breakfast - great breakfast with variety of choices from yogurt, cold cut , breads & pastry, & drinks. Hot dish are good, and will be even better if it offers few more options.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. The location was excellent, and the friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic.
If we visit Rome again, we would love to stay here.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. The location is walking distance to Termini, but not too close to the seedy area. Room is clean with cool toiletries. Water even beer, cookies are provided and replenished daily.

After an extensive search for hotels in Rome, I'm delighted to have discovered a true gem for individuals with mobility impairments. This hotel excels in accessibility, featuring a step-free entrance, spacious elevators, and conveniently located rooms.

The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for relaxation. However, the true highlight is the exceptional breakfast buffet, offering an impressive spread of good quality food and drinks. The friendly and attentive servers, with their warm smiles, create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a wonderful day.

The front desk staff are equally impressive, providing attentive and personalized service to ensure a seamless stay. The hotel's amenities, including complimentary refreshments, a gym, hot tub, sauna, and ice machines, are the icing on the cake.

Given its outstanding quality, service, and prime location, I would wholeheartedly award this hotel 5 stars!

This Hotel was great! They have an amazing friendly staff especially Doreen who is American and so helpful! The room is full of snacks and drinks and it’s all free with they stay! The location is perfect. So close to everything you never need a taxi. 7 minute walk to train station. 10 minute walk to coliseum. In an alley street so it’s quiet. The Buffett is great and only 12 euros. Only thing I would say is the gym is very small but who cares. We will be staying here again!

This is the best hotel in Rome! I have no complaints and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great and convenient. The staff is very friendly, personable and quite helpful. Anything that we needed, the staff was super accommodating and made us feel special. So many great perks about staying in this hotel. The breakfast/dinner was so good and definitely worth it. We initially chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, kindly allowing us to store our luggage until check-in. The young man who helped us was very courteous. When we got to our room, it was spotless and stocked with complimentary water, juice, snacks, and coffee—such a nice touch! We also enjoyed spending time at the rooftop bar and had a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant. One small issue with our key card was quickly resolved by the attentive staff. The highlight of our stay, though, was the breakfast—it was, hands down, the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!

Arrived early, before check in time. It was raining hard and I wanted to leave the luggage there. The front desk manager kindly (without me asking) found a room identical to the one we reserved that was ready, and promptly sent us upstairs for much needed rest and dry up time. Beautiful, very clean and well appointed triple with a large bathroom with tub and a separate shower!
The fridge had water, beer and other beverages, all free!
The front desk was helpful in finding restaurants and areas of Rome we were visiting.
The parking (paid separately )for our car was right behind the hotel and was connected to it. Great security as a room key is needed to access the lobby from the street. A great perfect size Gym with a multi-use machine, free weights a rower and treadmills was stoked with towels, bright and clean. These hotel rooms are quiet. The place also features a beautiful Restaurant and Bar on the top floor where we enjoyed pre-dinner drinks twice. The morning breakfast ($ extra, near the lobby) was among the best I've ever seen, with an amazingly large (so it's the space) variety of just about any breakfast and even lunch items anyone could wish for. The buffet was full of fresh, morning baked croissants, breads, cookies, and anything else one can desire on his way out, or stay in...
Great staff, all super clean and constantly re-filled hot and cold items.
Walking distance to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, many bars/restaurant and shops.
This is a gem of a hotel and when in Rome we will undoubtedly return.
