Everything was perfect! The room was clean with regular cleaning every day, a generous amount of toiletries including shaving kits, dental kits, soap, shower gel and schampoo which was refilled regularly when needed without us having to ask for it. The bed was really comfortable and even had a remote to make the head and/or feet go up and down which was really nice when we decided to watch a movie. The staff was really nice and helpful in every way they could. The area was good too, a lot of restaurants nearby and a 20-30 minute walk to most of the famous places in Rome, but also very close to a train and metro station so you could easily travel wherever you wanted in the city. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome.

It's extremely, extremely, extremely bad! I've never stayed in such a tiny so-called "four-star" hotel! How can I put it? As soon as you open the door, there's the bed, and right next to it is the toilet (you won't see a photo of such a small room on either Google or the official website). If you don't open the window, it's stuffy; if you do, congratulations, you'll enjoy the noise all night long!
The next day, the attendant remade the bed (doesn't that sound great?), but carelessly threw the pajamas on the suitcase on the floor!!!
The next day, when I told the waiter that I wanted to change rooms, they said that I needed to make the request during breakfast time. This was completely out of step with the pace that a vacation should have.

Incredibly welcoming, well located hotel. If you don't mind walking, it's within 45 minutes of almost all the "major attractions", within 5 minutes of the train station, and surrounded by restaurants.

The reception staff are excellent, and were happy to give us a map of the area and tell us how to get around.

The rooms were nice; the added bonus of the zero-g beds was definitely cool and while it might not be for everyone, it was still a neat bonus.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a really good experience. The hotel is well located, just a 10-15 minute walk from Roma Termini station, making it very convenient for visiting all the major landmarks in the city. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but come with useful amenities like a minibar fridge and toiletries. A highlight is the rooftop bar, which offers lovely views of the city, and the lobby café, where you can get coffee or drinks on request. There’s also a breakfast buffet served next to the café each morning (available at an extra charge). Overall, a comfortable and well-connected hotel, highly recommend, especially for families.

We have no complaints, this hotel was extremely welcoming and accommodating from moving us to a different room upon request to organizing private car pick up/drop off to the airport. Not to mention it is a great location everything is nearby! Bonus points for being very clean and with proper functioning A/C. Definitely consider this place for your stay in Rome🙂

The room was clean, and the amenities were great, but the hair dryer was not working properly, gets heated very easily, you gotta wait a few minutes to work it again, location is so close to the roma termini which was a life saver, unfortunately you can hear the voices from the other rooms, walls were not that thick, staff was friendly and helpful

Frontdesk is very friendly, and helpful.
Room is little bit dated but clean and comfort.
The location is really good to access train station, bus, or walk.

It was hard to stay in this hotel. The aircondition system was broken during my staying. I asked several times the hotel staff settle this problem as soon as possible but nothing has changed. In the end they put a fan in the room but it wasn't sufficient to cool the space. No action of refund neither changing the room. Not even partial compensation, nothing. This hotel staff has no ability to solve the airconditioning problem within 1 and a half day at least. It is too risky to stay in the hotel like that. And I recommend also Trip.com not to mark this place trip plus. It's a great mistake.

Room 506! Air con was powerful, beds were comfortable, we got one of the 5 balconies which was great. Our room was a small double but comfortable and had what we needed. Would have been nice to have more clothes storage/hangers in the wardrobe and also complimentary slippers. The beds were cool and have a massage and position altering control remote. The bar however is never open and is used more as a chill out space. There is their sister hotel a 2 minute walk away with a rooftop terrace bar and a spa. But all in all a good base to come back to after a long day out in rome in the 39 degree heat!
