I attended a conference organized there and really enjoyed the experience. The management of the hotel was super helpful in every moment. The location is perfect because quite but very convenient with San Pietro and the subway to other tourist locations. The pool was a nice relief at the end of the hot summer days of my conference. A special remark for the breakfast and the hotel restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to all major attractions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome! ❤️🫂

Hotel too far out of town to be considered easily accessible. 35 minutes at least by bus to get to the centre. Though lots of buses around 7 minute walk downhill away. I should have done my homework and not booked a hotel so far out.
Hotel smelled lovely as soon as walking through the door. Nice display of water (jug not always filled) and fruit on sticks for guests as well as something like toffee apples which we thought strange.
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Manuela was so lovely when we checked in. She was very helpful as we needed to ask about directions etc.
Breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from. Delicious.
No bar food available.
Disappointed with the food in the restaurant. No traditional Italian meals on offer and what was on offer was very expensive. Would not recommend.
Hotel room was lovely and clean and the bed was just heaven! So comfortable. Not very generous with towels. The air con was acceptable though noisy.

**Cons:**
- The hotel feels very outdated. For over €240 a night, we expected much better quality. This was by far the worst value for money compared to the other places we stayed at during our European holiday.
- There were strange smells throughout the hotel, like a mix of wet dog and cigarette smoke.
- The air conditioning and fridge in our room were barely functional, making our stay uncomfortable.
- It's disappointing that pool towels cost €2.50 each. When you're paying €240 a night, additional charges for basic amenities seem unreasonable.
- The pool hours are inconvenient, open only from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. With temperatures over 30°C in the evenings, closing the pool so early makes little sense.
- There was drilling that started on the floor above us at 8.30/9am. Not ideal.
**Pros:**
- The staff were friendly enough, and the location is close to restaurants and shops. However, the nearest metro lines are a bit of a walk away.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is clean and it is located in a quiet part of Rome, which we really appreciate. However, the room we stayed at was smaller than what we expected, based off of the photos.

A very big plus is the swimming pool. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Rates are good with regards to the location and facilities. If something negative, it is also regarding the pool and the pool men who is not very friendly nor helpful and treating people differently, some people can eat brought food others can't, some people can use any entrance, others can't etc feels quite discriminated. Additionally it is quite tiring with people, mainly Dutch and French, that reserve the pool chairs and being away for 2-3h since the pool has limited space.

A very good hotel. Me and my husband stay there every time we come in Rome. Not many hotel close to the center has their own car park and swimming pool.

The hotel is pretty great based on its price, it delivers everything for a 4-star hotel with nights available for less than 150€. The room is clean, organized and everything works, not too small or big. I would improve a little bit the area of the pool, close it slightly later and maybe buy some heaters for it (even it not being so necessary during the summer). The breakfast is good, unfortunately few employees there are not able of speaking English but they are kind and gentile to try to understand what do you want. Due to COVID-19 (probably), the variety of the breakfast is not so big and you can't serve yourself either. In the night we decided to eat on the restaurant, the antipasti and the salade are perfect, good price, extremely tasty and the amount is perfect, what is not the case for the main dish that in my opinion was maximum regular. On the restaurant, we found the biggest problem of the hotel (easy to be solved), the poor barman of the restaurant needed to do EVERYTHING, serve people, give menus, run the food, make drinks, clean the tables, literally everything - this was hard to see since the barman is an adorable old guy that was sweating to make everything, it's cruel not giving him at least a partner on the restaurant. I worked as Waiter and I know how he feels after he finishes the shift, even more being in his 60+. We weren't able in focusing in the food because of it and on a certain point, we didn't want to order anymore to doesn't make his work even harder. The location of the hotel is amazing for tourists, everything is near by uber and the receptionists are kind. Final review: 8/10 but i wouldn't pay more than 150€ for a room here.
