We have stayed there for 3 nights. Beautiful, cozy and clean hotel. Breakfast was rich enough and we had a great stay there. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Old City, it can be quite exhausting under the sun but still worth it.

On the face of it a lovely hotel, however the Aircon was incredibly noisy and kept turning itself off. We were told that breakfast ended at 10:30am, when it actually finished at 9:30am, so we therefore missed breakfast. It has the possibility of doing well with good communication from staff.

New owners really changed this place!
Ever since they took ownership in the last couple of months, the hotel is like new.
The rooms are excellent, the staff is kind and professional.

5 star rooms - huge and nicely furnished.
Service- didn’t find any. Reception stuff is unfriendly.
No bottled water, no slippers (how it’s even possible in allegedly 4 star hotel???). I asked for slippers, and they promised me to ORDER them. but according to previous comments - that will never happen because they do not provide slippers at all.

Very pleasant. Great location for visiting the "Old City" and "Mogren Beach. But most of all remarcable and greatest customer service.

I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms are very dirty, staff unpleasant. Music from the restaurant was too LOUD like it was a disco club. VERY BAD!!!

I love the restaurant, I live close to the hotel and this is the only good food to eat in the area.

I would not recommend this hotel. There were some strange things about the hotel. Firstly, the senior staff was smoking inside the restaurant which goes against their own policy. Secondly, there was a party in the hotel that lasted till at least 1:30 and had loud music (the kind that prevents you from sleeping). Thirdly, we had to pay for a second round of coffee which was not told to us. Overall we also thought the staff could have been friendlier.
If you don’t mind all that, on a positive note the room was spacious and clean. And the location is pretty good.
