New hotels in Budva

An amazing family friendly resort in a great location in Budva with direct access to the beach. I didn't upgrade rooms so got a slightly outdated room, two single beds given to a couple with an uncomfortable gap in the middle was my only complaint. All Inclusive meal plan, great food repeated everyday I must add but that didn't bother me. Loads of fun activities for kids and adults, indoor and outdoor...

Hotel is in a great location, becici beach is accessible from the back of the hotel. Budva is only a short taxi ride away, no more than €8 each way. The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. If they can be upgraded, it will be more perfect. I will stay here next time. The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, with a beautiful sea view, and a good view of the ancient city. I stayed at this hotel from 1 June for 10 nights. Nicely situated by the beach, watch out for all the front row sun beds saved early in the morning, nothing is done about this. The hotel is situated near the sea. And this is a huge plus. Across the road is a bus stop Megastore.Normal entrance, and in Montenegro on this matter. Personally, we lived next door in a private Villa, but reviews of other travelers and in appearance, all perfectly acceptable.The grounds are well kept, there are huge oleanders (seen in photo).

I travelled here to spend my birthday weekend. My sister had booked me a luxury apartment but it didn’t have a sea view. Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices.

Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.

Try not to stub your toes on the furniture! Rooms were great, clean and good furniture. Bathroom was very modern with nice shower and toilet. Every room has AC, which was great. I did however find the beds slightly uncomfortable. The location had a great view and is very quiet for the city, but it's not a walkable location.

My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.

All the options I have indicated reflect the truth, I even stayed there when I came before and the breakfast dining area was in the Dukley Resort section facing the sea, it was a different and beautiful place, thank you.

What a wonderful stay! Although we were in beautiful Budva, the room was so lovely and overlooked the waters, so much so tht we didn’t want to go out at all! You can walk by the waterfront which is very pleasant. Breakfast was inclusive of the room rate and had a variety of food. The staff of the hotel was so professional. The only slight difficulty was the carpark which only had a few parking spaces...

Family of 4 stay and we loved it. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and best of all was great service and location. The free shuttle boat to centre was loved by all of us. Beach chair use you pay as a minimum spend but the service and food is great and worth every penny. Also not as busy as public beaches. This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location close to the Old Town. The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was large with a balcony overlooking the small park. Great location, everywhere is walking distance. Staff is very kind and attentive. They were very hospitable. Rooms are really comfortable and clean. The only place I’d ever chose if I revisit Budva! Their bar-restaurant Hemingway is also great. Very easy going and cosy atmosphere, locals walking their dogs, musicians singing in the street, great food and drinks. :)

Had a great experience at this hotel, which is recently renovated. The location is perfect, 2mins from the old town, beach, restaurants. The room had a big shower, air conditioning and a comfy bed. The breakfast was very tasty on the 5th floor on a terrace overlooking the old town. The reception was very friendly and helpful. You could also get beach towels there.

There is no better location in Budva than this hotel. To the right is the famous Morgen Beach, in front is the Old Town, and to the left is Budva Marina, all within a 2-minute walk. It's an amazing location with lots of restaurants, stores, and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is super clean and brand new. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and definitely recommend it. It's worth the cost.

Modern very clean hotel.... Close to restaurants, shops and beach. Couple of downsides were the pool (which was only reason we booked to stay here) as it was drained the day after we got there and it's literally in the middle of a building site... The whole area is being developed... would have had lovely views but other hotels are going up all round it so view was basically just of building sites...

Stayed in this lovely hotel late September with a friend. We were given an upgraded room, a welcomed surprise! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff. Great location, close to everything and helpful staff. They were kind enough to extend our trip an extra day at the front end and helped us with airport transporting. Semina on reception gets a special mention as she was so welcoming , knowledgeable of the area and extremely helpful. The only disappointment, but a big one, was the food. We spent 4 nights here and found the hotel to be very comfortable. The room facilities are good (fridge, TV with access to English speaking programmes, hairdryer etc) and the room was a good size with a balcony. The only problem for us was a party of noisy Greek students who were staying and overlapped our visit by 2 nights. They were out during the day but were noisy moving in and out of each others...

The hotel is set in a residential area and thus is nice and quiet, the rooms are spacious confortable and clean. This Hotel was fantastic for our mini break in montenegro. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we were provided with clean towels everday. On arrival, they upgraded us to a room with a terrace free of charge. The Breakfast lovely with something for everyone. The hotel is situated up a hill, but it's in walking distance to beach and Budva. Budva old town...

We didn`t know what to expect after reading a really bad review. Our impression from the beginning was good. We were helped with our luggage to the hotel, given a room with a sea view and overall everything was better than we imagined. We enjoyed every meal, breakfast was very good. So much choice and evening meals were excellent, again lots to choose from. The service was very good, lovely friendly...

Very small and friendly hotel, staff amazing. All very helpful, smiley and just amazing people. Really recomended if you are looking for quet place. Rooms clean, hotel itself as well Food amazing Only two little things they need to think is a room for smokers… And get propper fridge which work all the time not off when you leave the room and took off the key. Close to both Budva and the beach at Boreti, lovely hosts rooftop pool and sun beds great to have some drinks at the end of the day. Close to a market and out of the main massive hotels

AMAZING 🤩 Everything was really good. They help us to park our car, easy check in, they give us a really good room for the price that we paid and give us some recomendations, and once in our room they come and bring us free fruit… all the service was ESPECTACULAR!!! We didn’t expect that, for sure if we came back to Montenegro we will stay here! 10/10

It is nice room in nice location, but the breakfast takes centuries you have to wait for your order for 30 minutes. I was out of time last day and I called if we could order in room or in hall before we come down as we are too short in time and even this 30 min waiting matter on what waitress made his self-stopped and hanged phone. ps. Girl from reception is really very nice, many thanks.

We stayed there 7 nights new boutique hotel beautiful decorative clean nice pool at the roof with deck & amazing view of the bay. Also there is a great spa there. Our room was very comfortable with lovely balcony over looking the bay. Very clean. Good breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant one of the best pizza ever. This is one of the best restaurants we have been so far! The pasta is like in Italy, the wines are superb, the hamburger is heaven. And the service... so professional, quite, but efficient. Better than all the posh places we had visited in Porto Montenegro...

This hotel is AMAZING !!! It is the best hotel we have ever been by far. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful especially Vladimir (the manager of the hotel) he just took care of everything! The hotel is brand new (exist only 3 months) and the restaurant at the 1 floor is incredible!!!!

Hotel is new. Our room is wide and clean. Terrace is awesome(wonderful design and view). With these staff you can feel in the 7 stars hotel even if you are in the hut. Staff are very kind and helpfull. Mr Viladimir is the best. Highly recommend this hotel.
