My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and welcoming, and their friendly attitude really made a difference in our overall experience.
The hotel was clean and felt well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for us to relax. We also appreciated the kid-friendly facilities — a thoughtful touch for families traveling with children. The swimming pool was decent, though a bit on the smaller side — but still enjoyable for a quick dip.
One of the highlights for us was the TokTok shuttle service provided by the hotel. It made getting to nearby places easier and added a bit of fun to our short trips out.
Our room was tidy and everything functioned as expected. Nothing fancy, but everything we needed was there.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay for my family and me. We’re happy with the experience and would consider coming back in the future.

Really happy with the choice made for this trip with Centre Point Chidlom. Interior of room was rather rundown with visible sight on damage items which were reported and hotel got them replaced quickly. Service staff from front desks and others were fantastic. Love the free Tutu service on the weekend to Erawan Shine and also daily free tutu to Chidlom BTS station. What impressed me most was the surprise they gave to my son for his birthday. Specially deco up the bed while we were out and they even gave a small BD cake. What a sweet and thoughtful move. We will be back again but hope the room can be refurbished abit for more comfort stay.

This hotel offers good spread of breakfast, complementary cold & hot drinks at reception area (up to about 6pm), staff is very helpful and room service's food is good. The only cons will be lack of 7-11 shop nearby.

Nice lobby. Staff is super friendly. Furshing a little old, similar to the other centrepoint properties. But it won't disappoint you. We had a very comfortable stay.

We stayed at Centre Point Chidlom and had a mixed experience. While the hotel itself feels old and the rooms are quite tired and dated, the reception and overall staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist when we had issues.
Our first room had a loud AC compressor right outside the window, which made it very hard to sleep. Thankfully, the staff quickly moved us to a quieter and better room. That said, the rooms could really use renovation. Ours was dusty, and the cleaning felt rushed—housekeeping only took about 20 minutes, and it showed. We also wish there was a proper standing shower.
Another downside was the airport taxi recommended by the hotel. The car was very dirty, and the driver was on his phone the entire time, frequently checking his screen, which made the ride feel unsafe.
Overall, the staff were a highlight of the stay, but the facilities and some of the services definitely need improvement.

This hotel fit our budget and the location is very convenient for our schedule. This is our second time staying in this hotel. We really like everything this hotel has to offer. Self service laundry, get tokens for the machines from the front desk and they will also give you a packet of laundry detergent. The gym was very helpful and my husband used it often while I sat by the pool. We were there in May and it was very hot so I’m grateful that the pool is covered. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is so good and convenient. We also utilized the tuk tuk service on several occasions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is very old, you can smell the drawers, shelves and closet old moldy smell. Room is big with kitchen, washing and drying machine. You can find spider web in the bathroom and the bath curtain is too short, it cannot block the water go outside the tub.
Breakfast has enough choice to choose from, but don’t expect much more than normal egg, ham, bread and fruits.

Overall, the experience was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. Tuk-tuk service was available to/fro 4 locations. One night, there was a power trip, but it resumed in less than 20 minutes.
