Decided to stay here for a last minute trip because most hotels were booked, it was decent but i guess i wouldn’t stay here again, the rooms weren’t in great condition (bed sheets had streaks and just didn’t feel very clean) Service was good though and breakfast was nice by the terrace. It’s a bit far but it’s a good option if you want a quieter area. Definitely more affordable than other hotels but still could be better for the value.

The room is quite old, but the design is very good. The hotel itself is old, but the service and food are excellent. The wifi is fast. The only downside is you have to ride a boat to get to the nearest BTS station. The hotel is also quiet, as long as you don't coincide your time in the lobby with the Chinese tour groups.

I recently stayed at Ramada Plaza Bangkok and had an exceptional experience. Traveling with kids can be challenging, especially when planning how to spend time after the usual checkout time of 12 pm, with our return flight at 9:40 pm. The staff member Nicky went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Nicky was extremely helpful in talking with his manager to provide us a discount for the late checkout. Ultimately, when we checked out at 6 pm, Nicky surprised us by completely waiving the additional fees. This gesture made our trip much smoother and stress-free.
Thanks to Nicky and the excellent service at Ramada Plaza Bangkok, I highly recommend this hotel. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate guests' needs are truly commendable.

Dont be fooled by the 5 star rating. This is at best 3 stars. Views are decent of the river. Service is poor. Staff seem poorly trained and are not hospitable. Rooms are not very updated. Seems like a hub for bus tour guides. Those tourist are rude and obnoxious.
I am switching to a real 5 star hotel even with 2 non refundable nights remaining on my booking. You get what you pay for.

The Ramada is a decent choice for someone who wants to stay on the river but is on a budget. The value here is good. The service is good, and the staff is friendly. I liked that they didn't ask for a cash deposit (in addition to the room charge) like many hotels in their price range in Bangkok. Our room was nicely furnished, with good views of the river. The bed was comfortable. One complaint would be that the headroom in the bathroom was very low. Other than that, we were happy and will come again.

Great location and good rooms. Very professional staff friendly and smiling. Just next to the riverfront. Has ferry service to Central Pier. Great breakfast options and nice pool too. Loved my stay during my recent Thailand Holiday with family

I asked for non smoking room but the room next door was smoking which I could smell. It concerns me why the smoke alarm didn’t go off as my floor was non smoking area as well. Is there even a smoke detector set up?
Also there was a cockroach in my room. I was able to move to a room. Also the lobby had a weird smell like someone urinated .. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room had much dust on furniture especially under a furniture. Bathroom door would not stay shut and kept sliding open when using toilet and wanted privacy.

Gates, Jocelle and King from Executive Lounge were amazing! They were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel room we stayed in was very spacious and all the staff were friendly! Very good location and views are stunning from the riverside. Good for family accommodation!

Hotel is a little bit old, I personally think there are newer option in Bangkok for the same price.
Rooms are big, but again outdated, water pressure is good only temperature not so as it was either too hot or either too cold.
Staff is friendly, they can improve on the English.
The hotel boat service can take you for sightseeing and to Siam shopping mall.
