This is the cheapest riverside that you could get.
Their warmth service is good.
The location is superb
And the breakfast was amazing.
As the building is quite old, don't expect a 5 star top notch when coming here, rather expect like a 4 star hotel.
They do well maintain the area.
All the staff was very helpful also.
Their riverside is the main point here.
You could get onto central pier by their boat and having a sip of drink while watching boat passing by.
They have great value if you don't expect much from them.
The room was clean and has been refurbished well.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Bangkok, the heart of Thai civilization. Their services are excellent. The cleanliness and quiet are excellent. The food is delicious. The breakfast is varied. I advise all Arab and Muslim brothers to come to them. Come to Ramada and live the atmosphere in the rooms overlooking the river and the entertainment city. Thanks to all the Ramada Hotel staff for the reception and hospitality ❤️

My partner and I spent a week here with the intention of relaxing and exploring Bangkok along the river. The location is good, the service staff were pleasant, and the food was fine. It’s clear that the building used to be a five star hotel, but that is a generous rating now. The management was not particularly helpful, the building is not well-maintained, and our room was only marginally comfortable. There was a blower that ran incessantly, and the lighting was unnecessarily complex. I would suggest considering the cost and comparing it to a three or four star Ramada Inn. Don’t expect more

Very good location, with hotel free shuttle boat to the center pier, then we could reach most of the sightseeing or shopping places with public transportation. There is a night market within walking distance.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring.
One of the highlights of my stay was the swimming pool. It was well-maintained and had a serene ambiance, perfect for relaxation. The pool area had plenty of comfortable loungers, and the water was at just the right temperature for a refreshing dip. My kids particularly enjoyed how peaceful it was – not overcrowded, allowing me to truly unwind. One of pool staff Mr. Arif was very humble and supportive .
The hotel also offers excellent amenities, and I appreciated the little touches, like complimentary Snacks and drinks on arrival .This hotel is perfectly located on bank of river and offers everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Decided to stay here for a last minute trip because most hotels were booked, it was decent but i guess i wouldn’t stay here again, the rooms weren’t in great condition (bed sheets had streaks and just didn’t feel very clean) Service was good though and breakfast was nice by the terrace. It’s a bit far but it’s a good option if you want a quieter area. Definitely more affordable than other hotels but still could be better for the value.

The room is quite old, but the design is very good. The hotel itself is old, but the service and food are excellent. The wifi is fast. The only downside is you have to ride a boat to get to the nearest BTS station. The hotel is also quiet, as long as you don't coincide your time in the lobby with the Chinese tour groups.

I recently stayed at Ramada Plaza Bangkok and had an exceptional experience. Traveling with kids can be challenging, especially when planning how to spend time after the usual checkout time of 12 pm, with our return flight at 9:40 pm. The staff member Nicky went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Nicky was extremely helpful in talking with his manager to provide us a discount for the late checkout. Ultimately, when we checked out at 6 pm, Nicky surprised us by completely waiving the additional fees. This gesture made our trip much smoother and stress-free.
Thanks to Nicky and the excellent service at Ramada Plaza Bangkok, I highly recommend this hotel. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate guests' needs are truly commendable.

Dont be fooled by the 5 star rating. This is at best 3 stars. Views are decent of the river. Service is poor. Staff seem poorly trained and are not hospitable. Rooms are not very updated. Seems like a hub for bus tour guides. Those tourist are rude and obnoxious.
I am switching to a real 5 star hotel even with 2 non refundable nights remaining on my booking. You get what you pay for.

The Ramada is a decent choice for someone who wants to stay on the river but is on a budget. The value here is good. The service is good, and the staff is friendly. I liked that they didn't ask for a cash deposit (in addition to the room charge) like many hotels in their price range in Bangkok. Our room was nicely furnished, with good views of the river. The bed was comfortable. One complaint would be that the headroom in the bathroom was very low. Other than that, we were happy and will come again.
