Location top. High quality hotel. Staff genuinely friendly and professional at all guest facing spots! Swift action in case of any issues or special requests. Very experienced at successfully handling a multicultural range of experienced travelers.

The hotel was very accommodating, the hotel staff are quick on their jobs.

Everyone is so friendly, and they even gave out free candies with different flavors everyday.

The room was very spacious and super clean, we also loved the warm welcome with the desserts and writing in the mirror.

The continental breakfast was superb and everything was so good, and they have great selection of healthy meals and drinks.

It is also super close to convenience stores, and railway station. I will definitely go back.

Overall the stay was good and service was great. The staff here provides very prompt service if you need extra towels, bottles of water, or toilet paper.

Location was great for shopping being close to a few large malls.

The room had some odd fluctuations in the temperature and humidity while we were sleeping. We woke up almost every night to notice the floor feeling like there’s condensation (assuming from humidity) and would have to adjust down the temperature down as it oddly increased.

Very near from BTS Chit Lom station. You cannot enter the hotel from the shopping building along the station.
The building and facilities are a bit old but clean and well maintained. The taste of this hotel is lively and glaring rather than luxurious or elegant. Some people must like it, others would not, I thought.
All the staff are kind and charming, they take care of you very well. A customer cut in the queue during check out and the front staff strictly pointed out, which is so good.

When you stay in a club room or above, we can definitely enjoy the club lounge. Formal afternoon tea like snacks are provided during the high-tea time, the evening cocktail is like a small dinner buffet and the breakfast is also decent.

If you are an elite member, you would be rewarded with almost all benefits. You can see lots of good reviews on breakfast but it is not included in the Platinum status rewards. You need to book a plan with breakfast when you want to try it.

All in all, the stay here must be a very good choice!

Nice hotel, great location, few minutes from Chit Lom sky train, next to Hard Rock cafe, Central World.

Interior decoration a bit dark, specially the lifts.
Room is spacious, good water pressure in toilet, but toiletries quality not up to the standard. I asked for razors, what I got was really poor quality. Carpet in the room is a significant fall hazard.

Breakfast is great, loved the freshly squeezed juices.

Best hotels to stay in. Being Marriott I got an upgrade to a higher floor suite room. It had an amazing bathtub with a view.
The service is spot on. I room service also provides hot food and delivered on time
The location is close to all important destination. Airport 35mins without traffic, malls, Nana Plaza, grand palace and river.

Located in the heart of the city, this place is convenient to stay, and the Chinese restaurant and Italian restaurant in the hotel are also quite high quality. You can enjoy the buffet at an affordable price and in good taste. Although there are not many customers now due to the corona virus, hotel rooms have been converted into private tables and you can order food from any restaurant in the hotel. If you go further with BTS, limited masters, siam paragon, MBK, siam discovery... It is a very convenient place to visit as many shopping malls are grouped together.

Beautiful Place, great decoration, helpful and friendly staff. They helped me with booking a cab as I am an Indian and couldn't understand Thai language. They went out of their way to help me. It was kind gesture to see all of it. Food cooked and served was amazing to see and yummilicious to eat..
