We booked the 1-bedroom suite and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was super clean, spacious, and we liked the separate shower and bath area. Tiles in the shower room get very slippery so do be extra careful. Our room was very quiet, which helped us have a good night’s sleep. Excellent location, close to a day food market / shopping alley, plenty of eating spots, bakery and bar, and walking distance to Sala Daeng BTS and Si Lom MRT. Steak at the on site restaurant was great for the price!

The best thing about this hotel is its location: everything is locally available without the need to go somewhere by transport. Beautiful and super friendly staff. We booked an executive room for 4000 bhat/night and really regret it because of the room condition: furniture has a smell as its made of a wood that’s been there for years, bathroom could be replaced to a new one as it was also very old. Our ceiling in the kitchen part started leaking but staff fixed it quickly. And the worst thing is that they didn’t have a proper ventilation, it was either not functioning or not set up at all…. The air in the room was very stuffy and humid too and no AC can help with this. When it comes to breakfast, I can only advise to eat an omelette or toasts with jams, I didn’t like the rest of the food they offered. Its 4 star hotel and they serve an instant coffee instead of putting a coffee machine for breakfast time, veggies especially cucumbers had very big seeds on them and almost yellow colour, absolutely tasteless.
Only giving 3 stars for lovely people working in there and a good location, hotel is absolutely not recommended if you wanna choose an executive or de lux room at least

Location is perfect being close to a number of markets , the tourist area of Patpong , Sala Daeng BTS , Lumphini Park Dusit Thani Central Park and numerous Shopping Centres , Street food carts and major banks . 45mins to Suvarnbuhmi Airport . Anything and everything is nearby .
We stayed in a quiet 5th floor Deluxe room , 30m2 with a King Bed with a big window view overlooking the street. We travel a lot thru SE Asia and after the previous week and the room we had in Ho Chi Minh City this Hotel and our room were amazing by comparison .
Great size clean room . Strong WiFi . Pool good size that got some sun during the day and very refreshing . Breakfast buffet very good . Housekeeping specifically , Aod , was very considerate and did a great job with our room . TV Channels offering some English Channels and News networks . Big Refrigerator for a Hotel room . Furnishings are quite sufficient . Free 3 bottles of water everyday . Air conditioning very good . Tea and coffee making facilities topped up every day . Big laptop size safe . Lots of clothes hangers in closet .
As the hotel doesn’t have room service I wouldn’t class it as a 4 star hotel but it’s a very good 3 1/2 Star . We didn’t use it but I do believe the Arno’s Restaurant is very good also .
We will definitely be back as it met all our not so high and mighty needs and requirements . Great value for money !
We stayed in a quiet 5th floor Deluxe room , 30m2 with a King Bed with a big window view overlooking the street. We travel a lot thru SE Asia and after the previous week and the room we had in Ho Chi Minh City this Hotel and our room were amazing by comparison .
Great size clean room . Strong WiFi . Pool good size that got some sun during the day and very refreshing . Breakfast buffet very good . Housekeeping specifically , Aod , was very considerate and did a great job with our room . TV Channels offering some English Channels and News networks . Big Refrigerator for a Hotel room . Furnishings are quite sufficient . Free 3 bottles of water everyday . Air conditioning very good . Tea and coffee making facilities topped up every day . Big laptop size safe . Lots of clothes hangers in closet .
As the hotel doesn’t have room service I wouldn’t class it as a 4 star hotel but it’s a very good 3 1/2 Star . We didn’t use it but I do believe the Arno’s Restaurant is very good also .
We will definitely be back as it met all our not so high and mighty needs and requirements . Great value for money !

The room was old with view on the car parking and sigara smell inside. All furniture were old. Air-condition was extremely loud not possible to sleep even with eye plugs. Also we had continuous problem with bathtub plug, it stucked every time.
Hotel pretends to be 4* but it is 3* with pool only. Only pool was nice and exactly same as on the pictures.
And the most inappropriate thing happened when hotel tried to charge bucket of ice. I stayed in 6 hotels from 3* to 5* during this trip in different countries but never hotel asked money for ice. Breakfast was also poor. Don't waste your money for this hotel there are many better ones in Bangkok with good location and transport connection.

It's an old 4* hotels, definitely not fit to everyone.
Room are quiet old in general, same for the amenities.
Local hotel let's say.
But indeed, the location is very good, but maybe not the best for holidays or comfy business trip.
Average price : 50 - 70 euro for a room. Quiet expensive comparing to the quality and competition in the city. (my opinion).

Hotel has undergone a revamp since my last stay last year. It looks fresher and some amenities have been replaced. Always a great affordable place.

Very nice hotel, the breakfast is in my top preferences and I have travelled a lot in many countries. The staff was very kind and we even got an upgraded room (it was low season), and the room was cleaned daily and was very clean (the housekeepers deserve praise!). I liked the toilet functions, the internet was ok and we slept well (despite the reknowned Thai stiff beds and the warm blankets, it is the same everywhere) so nothing to complain here. There is tea and coffee in the rooms and charging plugs next to the bed, but keep in mind that Thai hotels usually dom't have iron boards in room so prepare for that.

I think the hotel is located in a good area, although busy as it’s the business center. I went during Songkran, so it was actually very noisy but the noise stopped early.
The service at the hotel is great. I even got a massage at the spa, which was good. The breakfast is good also, great variety of options.
It has a very complete fitness center, which made my stay better.

Had a great stay here with my family. They are a bit of a walk from the closest train station, but easy access to Lumpini park and wherever else you need.
My parents enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and I appreciated the gym + pool. All in all great stay! Great value for the money spent.
