The hotel is located in Phuket, on Patong beach, close to shopping centers and entertainment. The hotel offers the highest level of service and is considered one of the best on Phuket island. Recommend for young people and couples.

Location: 45 km from Phuket international airport, Patong beach, 200 m from the sea, access to the sea across the road.
Consists of one 7-storey building and a twenty one-storey cottages.
Total area: 16 200 m2.
The hotel has 253 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – a fee, towels – free of charge from the hotel. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

We book the room with pool access and we love it very much.
Hotel location is perfect, everything is within walking distance.
Front desk staff Pangpond is exceptionally friendly and alway with a smile. We'll come back to this hotel again.

Worst resort big shame in the name of hospitality.
No service ...
Worst buffet breakfast no care for guest and kids smelly restaurant with small insect on dining table.
Shameless manager try every bit to make you feel uncomfortable and unsecured and play on your uncertainty.
Rude unwilling and yelling staff.
Rooms are untidy and has no cupboard.
They do not except card for deposit.
Book it and ruin your vacation.

Although it was not a cheap hotel. quality of service was substandard. Just like other reviewers have mentioned, too many signage of penalties and regulations.
- check-in : not friendly. they only accept 3000 Baht cash deposit. Are you expecting all the international customers to bring back local cash back home because this cash is given back only when I check out and head to the airport.
- Towels: I booked a pool access room for two adults. There are only two towels in the room. There are no towels to use for the swimming pool. I asked for extra, and they say I have to make sure to return those extra towels. Do you think I will steal them?
- Breakfast: I have been to so many hotels and resorts, but the breakfast here was by far the worst, even worse than the economic airport hotel. I stayed a day before getting here. no proper cooked food by chef. every single food was so cold, soggy, and chewy. Staffs are just busy chatting and making jokes each other. If you have to stay in this hotel, avoid including breakfast.

From check-in to check-out this place was amazing. One of the best services we have received. A special shout out to Fun who greeted us as we checked in and was so helpful and kind to Fon from the pool bar who was an exceptional person who catered for our every need. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, day tours, beaches, and so much more. This was one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. Will definitely be back some day!

- The staff was quite nice, especially Jenny the tour guide.
- The rooms were very spacious and quite comfortable
- Breakfast was a bit bland but otherwise good variety. Other food served through Room Service/Pool Bar was great though.
- Location was great as it was near the beach and had access to a food street and many local convenience stores.
- Pool was very clean and nice.
- The room shower was top tier.

We had an amazing stay at the Andaman Embrace! The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The resort was perfectly designed for families with both relaxation and fun in mind. The separate pools with dedicated play areas for the kids were a lifesaver, and the fact that there was a pool bar at each location made it even better (adult beverages for Mom and Dad after a long day of poolside fun!).
The food was delicious with a good variety to suit everyone's taste. Our room was fantastic, especially since we opted for the pool access room – it was a real treat to be able to just step right out onto the pool deck whenever we wanted.
Overall, we can't recommend the Andaman Embrace highly enough. It's a fantastic resort for a family vacation!

Super breakfast with healthy food selection. Clean rooms and great staff. 2 swimming pools and a stone throw away from the beach. Thank you for the nice birthday cake.

I cannot stop singing their praises. Amazing place to stay in Patong. The rooms, especially pool facing are beautiful. It's a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully designed. I would highly recommend for your next Phuket stay.

My husband had booked the room for our 11 hours layover from Koh Samui before we had to fly back home to Australia. The location of the hotel was fine. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of shops around. Quite a large room. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the room. It has the strongest damp, musty smell and it is noticeable as soon as you open the door. The shower was disgusting and shower head looked questionable. Shower curtains had build up of soap and dirt on the bottom and shower kept going hot and cold.

Great hotel, enjoyed every moment. Super clean room, friendly staff and awesome breakfast.
