Stay a night before going go club med phuket, location is fantastic, just s short walking distance to Jungceylon and Bangla street. Breakfast variety is good.

This is the best hotel you can find in Phuket. This is the only place in the entire Thailand with the best and most polite staff. Special shout out to Kanchana and Salita at the front desk. She is extremely helpful and accommodating. Only one minus point that there is no ac or fast working fans in the reception area! It’s super hot in the ground floor, requires air conditioning in the reception area also!

I don't understand why this place gets some bad reviews. It was clean and generally well kept. Huge comfortable bed and spacious room size. Great location and value for money. Generous check out time. Only negatives were it was a bit of an arduous check in /check out and the breakfast was horrible otherwise enjoyed our short stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel based on the good reviews and the appealing name, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite match expectations.
First, the rooms were much smaller than I anticipated. The photos online made them look much more spacious, but in reality, the space was quite cramped, and it felt like the layout was not well thought out. There was barely enough room to move around comfortably, and the furniture was basic. I was expecting more, especially given the hotel’s reputation.
The breakfast was another major letdown. It was very limited, with only a few options that didn’t taste great. The quality was subpar, and it didn’t meet the standard I was hoping for. It seemed like they were cutting corners on the basics, which was disappointing considering the price I paid for the stay.
I noticed that many of the reviews were positive, which is why I was excited to book this hotel. But after experiencing it firsthand, I’m not sure where those reviews came from, or if they were just an exception. The hotel may have a great name, but it’s not living up to the expectations that come with it.
