I had arranged for two of my lady friends for a stay here. The feedback has been the reception lady staff was extremely rude and cleaning staff weren’t prompt …guests need to wait for hours for room cleaning / toiletries restocking / water bottles etc. all this when they have to leave for tours etc
Phuket is a very competitive market and there are hotels aplenty. Much better service than this one. Bette to take one closer to beach much much better service.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and definitely will be back, the reception staff are amazing especially Sunisa and Jutatip from front desk. Always smiling and very helpful, plus the housekeeper Juk same Always smiling and made my room spotless everyday.
The position of the hotel is so close to everything, the pool is fantastic 👌🏼

The Hotels location is a major plus. Nestled in the heart of Phuket, you are within easy reach of world class shopping, nightlife and authentic local experience. The rooms are a haven of comfort and plush bedding. But it's not just about the rooms; the rooftop pool offers a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the City. A must stay place!!

The room is nice and fairly clean. The lobby and services make it appear to be a high class hotel. We didn’t try the food here. Reception are friendly and travel bookings are good. Our balcony was a bit of a joke as you can barely step out onto it which is fine enough. We booked three weeks at this hotel and the balcony hasn’t been swept or cleaned once and we’re not trashing it. Bed sheets are changed whenever they feel like it, I had to strip the sheets myself and put them on the floor before they were changed and not just straightened. Several times now we have been left without towels, no towels at all left in our room. The room hasn’t been cleaned properly since our arrival which is strange as our experience with Thai people is that they are very clean and thorough with their facilities. Pool area is nice and the bar guy is friendly. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Good location. The housekeeping needs some attention. I shouldn’t have to strip my own bed sheets in order to get them changed. I can’t shower or dry my hands without towels. Ear wax stains on my towels and dirty bed sheets are undesirable.

Best Western Patong Hotel is located just opposite Bangla road, leading to Patong Beach which is 10 min walk. The check-in time is 2 pm, although we reached at 11 am, hence we had to wait for more than 2 hours. We explored the market and mall around. The breakfast spread is okayish,
Pros: Location, nice roof top infinity pool, gym and spacious room. Umbrella,beach bag and towels given. Passageways are not well lit.
Con: Service poor, cleanliness not up to the mark, no dental kit in the hotel room, pillows not comfy. 2000 Baht deposit during check-in.
The lobby is big and you can spend time in it.

I stayed with family. Neat rooms. Rooms with almost all facilities. Kettle, hair dryer, fridge etc. Check-in takes a long time. Very near, walkable distance to shopping areas. Complementary breakfast have lot of varieties. Mostly Thai dishes.

Well kept rooms. Excellent break fast buffet with elaborate Thai menu and limited Indian food. Nice pool at the roof offers nice view. Excellent location near the busy walking street with thriving night life.

Staff : Extremely welcoming staff and speak very politely, but during peak times they are short staffed
Rooms : Nice + clean rooms, do opt for room which is not road facing to avoid external noise. Walls are thin I could hear next door neighbours and even regularly hear people speaking in the corridor. Also be careful of lift door auto-close sensors don't work great, they close even if you have a hand or leg they so be careful, better wait for the next lift.
Location : Its in middle of beach side, walking distance from Patong beach.
Breakfast : Had it twice little menu change, but we have a good selection of western + Indian food.
Rooms : Nice + clean rooms, do opt for room which is not road facing to avoid external noise. Walls are thin I could hear next door neighbours and even regularly hear people speaking in the corridor. Also be careful of lift door auto-close sensors don't work great, they close even if you have a hand or leg they so be careful, better wait for the next lift.

Our experience at this hotel was overwhelmingly disappointing. The photos displayed online do not accurately represent the reality of the accommodations. We had pre-booked for two nights, only to find ourselves utterly dissatisfied with the room service. The hotel demands a refundable deposit of 2000 Bhatt per room, which feels like an unnecessary burden on guests and they charge unnecessary things for that 2000 Thai Bhatt. On top of that, they nickel and dime you for every basic necessity, including water bottles and room service. The level of service provided does not justify the exorbitant charges. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Today my husband and I are leaving Bestwestern Patong Beach, our experience at this wonderful hotel was outstanding:
1. Staff are fantastic
2. Have to give a shout out to the afternoon bar staff, we have left the hotel with fantastic new friends
3. The rooms are nice and clean..the cleaning team always leave it clean for us daily.
4. Reception is very helpful even during peak times.
Now I will always tell the truth, the breakfast was not to our liking, every day it was:
1. Curry food ( We believe this is catering to the Indian community)
2. Basic egg's - omelette, sunny side up, etc
3. 3 types of fruit
4. Toast
If the above food is not to your liking, don't pay for breakfast to go out as there are other places that you can eat.
In saying the above we will be back in 2025, but not paying for the breakfast.
I hope this helps other travellers out.
