This small and cosy hotel is located in the Northern part of Patong, close to cafes, restaurants, night clubs and shops. Recommended for those who want to relax actively and efficiently, perfect for young people.

Restored: 2013
Location: 45 km from the airport of Phuket, Kalim beach, 500 m from Patong beach.
Total area: 6 400 m2.
Consists of two 2,3-storey buildings and one 3-storey building.
The hotel has 130 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses - for a fee, towels – free of charge.

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Patong, and overall, it was a great experience with a few areas for improvement.
Pros:
* Location: The hotel is just a short walk from the beach, which is incredibly convenient.
* Nearby Amenities: There's a 7-Eleven and a fruit market right next to the hotel, making it easy to grab snacks or fresh fruit anytime.
* Friendly Staff: The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
* Spacious Room: The room was quite large and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax.
Cons:
* Cleanliness: While the room was spacious, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Some of the bed sheets and towels were torn or stained, which was disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
* Breakfast: The breakfast was decent but lacked variety, especially for international guests. More European options would be appreciated to cater to a wider range of tastes.
* Room Odor: There was occasionally a musty or moldy smell in the room, which could be unpleasant at times.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for its location and service, but there are a few areas where they could improve to make the experience even better.

They actually gave us the wrong room while we booked a swimming pool view room. Room had a lot of insects and ants as a part of the hotel is under construction, and it wasn't a great experience. Not a welcoming staff overall.

Good hotel. I'd say 3 out of 5. It's very clean and tidy with great amenities and ambience. The staff really make this hotel a pleasure to stay in. Always happy, friendly and very helpful. 2 swimming pools . Wifi and transfers to and from shopping centres 4 to 5 times a day. Short trips under 30min use the tuk tuks. Longer trips use an app called BOLT. Similar to Uber but great prices.

The hotel is quite old. Bathroom taps were not working well, leaky and the bathroom is so old that it smells while water flowing in the the shower and bathtub. The room occasionally smelled unpleasant. Somehow at least the beds were fine. I would not recommend it.
No toothbrush, paste, had to keep requesting for fresh towels, glass water bottles were given which were not clean.
Wi-fi was low most of the times.
Breakfast was just ok, not many options for international visitors.
So overall room stay was not a good experience. Not worth the money, we get better than this.

Staff behavior was so unacceptable. Room view is very beautiful and a nice pool. Break fast was Average. Room Service is so much dull.
No tissue box, no brush for teeth, no Xtra towel, no water on demand (1 man for 1 bottle only), Counter Staff is so cheap and non supportable. I really don't want to visit again.

Great hospitality. Nice pool. Perfect location as Paton is the heartbeat of Phuket. My family had a blast at this lovely place. The room was spacious and comfy. The food was delicious and spectacular. I would go back with my family again.

I stay there 2 nights. Very bad service.
1. Old building and room condition not good.
2. No AC on breakfast room.
3. In day they keep AC off in reception and lobby.
4. Very old and poor lift.
5. In Breakfast room i found that the electric conveyor bread toaster does not work well. I told them to see it but nothing happens.
6. They even do not give tooth paste and tooth brush.
I can not find the reason to give 3 star to this hotel.
Avoid this hotel. Do not go there.

This hotel has many rooms but I am unhappy with their check in and check out process.
Their check in time was 14:00hrs. we have to waited till 15:00hrs to get the room. same as for check out we have to wait 20mins time for that. They generally take 1000Baht security deposit per room and after check your room they will refund that but for that checking purpose you have to wait in the reception.
Process is slow.

We came to Thailand for the first time with our family and a small child, and we were extremely delighted! A very cozy and calm hotel for a family holiday, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and most importantly - the people, the employees. Many thanks to them! The hotel is spectacular if your plan is family, first I want to highlight and thank all the hotel staff, receptionists, waiters and masseuses, they are lovely people and we were able to understand each other well in English. The hotel has clean facilities and the pool was also very clean. The breakfast in the morning is very good and their restaurant is very good with excellent prices. I used the massage service, the price is the same as what they offer on the street and you can do it inside the hotel with the pool next to it, plus the lady is friendly. A 5-minute walk away you have restaurants, a small beach, a 7/11. The street has to be crossed carefully as always in Thailand. There are also some guys who help you cross the street to stop the cars. If you want to go to the center of Patong there is a free service that takes you there at certain times. Thank you team, I hope to see you again.
