This small and cosy hotel is located in the Northern part of Patong, close to cafes, restaurants, night clubs and shops. Recommended for those who want to relax actively and efficiently, perfect for young people.

Location: 45 km from the airport of Phuket, Kalim beach, 500 m from Patong beach.
Total area: 6 400 m2.
Consists of two 2,3-storey buildings and one 3-storey building.
The hotel has 130 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses - for a fee, towels – free of charge.

Great hospitality. Nice pool. Perfect location as Paton is the heartbeat of Phuket. My family had a blast at this lovely place. The room was spacious and comfy. The food was delicious and spectacular. I would go back with my family again.

I stay there 2 nights. Very bad service.
1. Old building and room condition not good.
2. No AC on breakfast room.
3. In day they keep AC off in reception and lobby.
4. Very old and poor lift.
5. In Breakfast room i found that the electric conveyor bread toaster does not work well. I told them to see it but nothing happens.
6. They even do not give tooth paste and tooth brush.
I can not find the reason to give 3 star to this hotel.
Avoid this hotel. Do not go there.

This hotel has many rooms but I am unhappy with their check in and check out process.
Their check in time was 14:00hrs. we have to waited till 15:00hrs to get the room. same as for check out we have to wait 20mins time for that. They generally take 1000Baht security deposit per room and after check your room they will refund that but for that checking purpose you have to wait in the reception.
Process is slow.

We came to Thailand for the first time with our family and a small child, and we were extremely delighted! A very cozy and calm hotel for a family holiday, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and most importantly - the people, the employees. Many thanks to them! The hotel is spectacular if your plan is family, first I want to highlight and thank all the hotel staff, receptionists, waiters and masseuses, they are lovely people and we were able to understand each other well in English. The hotel has clean facilities and the pool was also very clean. The breakfast in the morning is very good and their restaurant is very good with excellent prices. I used the massage service, the price is the same as what they offer on the street and you can do it inside the hotel with the pool next to it, plus the lady is friendly. A 5-minute walk away you have restaurants, a small beach, a 7/11. The street has to be crossed carefully as always in Thailand. There are also some guys who help you cross the street to stop the cars. If you want to go to the center of Patong there is a free service that takes you there at certain times. Thank you team, I hope to see you again.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful which I would rate 5 stars but facilities are quite old and have not been upgraded. Gym is only big enough for two people at a time based on facilities. There is only one iron available for use throughout the hotel. The smell from my balcony was terrible because dirt is being dumped just opposite. This location could be great with a little more effort into maintenance. I would not rate this hotel as 4 star.

Pictures on the internet and the website are so misleading! Booked into a superior twin room and ended up in the smallest room in the world. Utterly unimpressed by the room. The bathroom isn't ideal for two people either. The location of the hotel was also extremely exaggerated. Not in the built up area I was expecting after reading reviews. Unimpressed.

A spectacular hotel with a great ambience. The swimming pool is big and clean. One can hear the sound the sound of waves from this hotel. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from.

The staff are friendly. I however found the restaurant staff to be very inattentive, they were constantly leaning against the wall and not very professional. The rest of the team were really great. The breakfast buffet was very basic, could do with more variety! Wi-Fi isn't free - this was another negative for me. The rest of the accommodation was great! Rooms are always clean and well made up.

Hotel, room and restaurant were adequate, staff are very friendly. The bathrooms in the rooms need updating.
