We stayed at Natural Beach Hotel from June 09 to June 12, 2025, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience, especially considering the budget.
We booked 3 nights for 3 people at just 2850 Baht, which is an excellent deal for such a central location in Pattaya. Our preference was for one room with an extra bed, but the hotel went above expectations by providing a spacious room that included an additional small room with a single bed and a sofa—essentially giving us two rooms with a balcony. That was a big plus for comfort and privacy.
One downside was that locker facilities were not included—they asked for an extra charge if we wanted to use one. It would have been better if at least a basic locker was provided free of charge for valuables.
The staff were polite and helpful, though they didn’t talk much. This seemed to be due to limited English skills, not rudeness. Still, their behavior was professional and respectful throughout our stay.
The location gets a full 10/10. It’s just steps from the beach, yet the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful with no outside noise disturbing our rest. Everything—from restaurants to convenience stores—is within walking distance.
In summary, for the price we paid, Natural Beach Hotel is one of the best value-for-money stays on Pattaya Beach Road. Highly recommended for budget travelers who still want comfort and a top-notch location.

VERY RUDE STAFF CHECK IN & CLEANING LADY SAID I MUST PAY FOR LAUNDRY FOR SHEET. I TOLD HER NO! SO THEY TRIED TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT & I TOLD THEM I CALL POLICE & THEY RERURNED MY MONEY.

A decent hotel if you can get a deal but bang on average. Ants in room and the shower was pretty meh and when i had it on the lights started blinking. Generally clean though.

What you see IS NOT necessarily what you get. Good place for boom boom as has a separate entrance with no reception, but no elevator.. good for a short stay but I would rather stay further inland and save a couple of 100, let's face it, people don't come to Pattaya for the beach. This was at a 45% discount, I shudder to think what my opinion would have been for full price!

The room looked nothing like the pictures.
Receptionist was rude and not very pleasant.
No lift so had to carry my luggage to the top floor.
Was a big gap between the door and the floor so I could here people's conversions all night.
The bed sheet had a newspaper printed stain on it. The hotel blamed me. Explained to the hotel I can't read thai but took money out of my deposit anyway.
The pool was sealed off and was very dirty.
Avoid!!

Staff here is very bad to customer.rude and ignor... Need to learn customer manner training. Price is good. But not recommend here. Pay more and find better kind service.

Good, affordable and clean. Near Central Festival shopping mall and beach road. Bar zone, beach and restaurants all around.

reasonable hotel for reasonable price.
Make sure you carry your own soap, shampoo and water as the one that's provided by hotel is not branded.
Parking slot for car is very limited.
