Innpera Hotel

The location is perfect but there are music sounds at nights from a bar until midnight. The check in was fast but the staff were not helpful and we had to carry our own luggages to the room and nobody helped us. They tried to avoid eye contact in case you don't ask for anything and we felt that during our 5 nights stay.
The breakfast is so simple(cheese,one item of bread! lots of jams!!!, vegetables, eggs and potatos and sausages, tea and coffee)and that's it. We wanted orange juice and they brought it in paper cups!! No respect. We had to ask for it every single day. It's not worth the money we paid for it. Everyday same items and even less than that in other days. You have to take the stairs to reach the breakfast area.
One staff was smoking in breakfast area and there is a big sign of no smoking there and when we complained, she said go and sit the other side!!! She was so rude.

Rooms were clean but dark and smaller than photos. They didn't even have tissues!!and they said we don't have any. Also, corridors were dark as well even during the daylight! Beds are very uncomfy and curved even when we changed our room. All Standard rooms have a wall view. Torn bed sheets and burnt tablecloth which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. I think it was barely a 3 star hotel and won't choose this hotel again. Such a bad experience. Only the location is good.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. It's shocking that this is labelled as a 4-star hotel. Dim lights in communal and in the rooms.

Swimming pool out of service.

2 pin sockets come on, we are not in a third world country. I am glad only one night was spent there.

Furniture is outdated, and the sofa bed is of poor quality. Does not look clean to sleep in.

Most importantly, the price for a night was a joke.

Please, whoever reads this review, stay well clear and save your money. It will be the best thing you can do.

I am extremely sad that travelling with young kids and they had the experience all of this.

The employees in general are aggressively rude. Specially the guy with white long hair and the young blond guy on the reception they are not ok… the hotel is old not too clean and AC are very low. The only good thing is the location i dont advise

I booked the hammam spa in this hotels spa , they cheated n lied to us before the spa that they will provide 1 & half hours of spa but instead they gave only 40 mins spa ! When I asked them they said they don’t give more than that ! Too much expensive & very bad exploitation! In turkey , Istanbul people r mostly rude & a lot of scamming is going on in hammam spa , taxi , shop ! All overly prized ! Even tourists spots charges so high ! The country is beautiful but no the people

They stole money from the room. Be careful before you book here. Do not leave money in the room (theft). No one will help you with that. There was 400€ euros in the room and I was sure of it before leaving. They said we will inform you of the details and I did not receive any response. It was a shameful stay.
