As a team member, I’ve seen the care, effort and heart that go into every stay. I’ve read thousands of guest comments. Some were glowing and some were challenging. But all have helped us grow.
Since working here, I’ve seen how much heart goes into what we do, especially from the amazing team behind every clean room, warm welcome and beautifully prepared buffet. The meeting lunches are always a proud moment. So much care goes into every detail.

However, I was disappointed with the rooms. The TV selection was limited, with mostly Turkish shows, and there were only a few British channels available.
The biggest issue was that subtitles couldn't be activated, which was frustrating. Considering that the hotel caters to a diverse range of guests from different cultures, I expected more variety in the TV offerings, such as a smart TV or at least the option for subtitles. It would definitely enhance the experience for international visitors."
