Holiday Inn Istanbul - Kadikoy, an IHG Hotel

Cousy hotel in Kadikoy, a bit far from the center , but it’s a quiet area, a metro station /bus is 7 min walk. Great value for money.

SPA in Holiday Inn in Kadikoy is something!!! Clean, Cozy, well equipped ☺️☺️☺️ But the best what i found there is massage therapist Sukara! She has magic hands and so kind heart. The job she does comes directly from the bottom of her heart

Not your regular Holiday Inn that you would see at US. Location of this hotel is strategically good as you are at the Asian side but very close to the bridge that would connect you to European side. Parking cars is problematic but thanks to Hotel staff, they will vale it for you in and out. Hotel was clean and staff was very attentive. Priced reasonably. Nothing to complain, definetly recommended for short stays.

Hotel rooms are clean ,modern, and well taken care of.
The food offered is fresh, clean and nicely cooked, they also take care of special needs.
The best in the hotel is the SPA and the Hamam, deeply relaxing and gives a great refreshness. I did the "Dream of Istanbul" masaage and hamam, it was really great, I would do it again here if i visit Istanbul again.

I checked the reviews before booking for this hotel and I noticed that mostly people were mentioning the great hospitality of the staff of this hotel and how helpful they are.

After staying at most hotels in and around this area, I would like to confirm the staffs professional services and thank everyone for the great stay and especially Buşra in the restaurant area for doing her best trying to help me out when needed. Also the manager Emre was super helpful too. Literally everyone.

Perfect stay, convenient price, SUPER GREAT HELPFUL STAFF and location next to metrobus.

No view but worth the stay.

I am super impressed by this hotel. First, concierge Ali who is repeatedly commended here, was welcoming. He helped me with my luggage, led me to my room, and explained everything in the room to me. This already felt like a very personalized service from a major hotel chain like the IHG. Room is huge, bed was super king size, there were 6 pillows on it and 2 more in the wardrobe. The TV was protected by a protective layer that you wouldn't notice, and the remote controller was wrapped with a disposable plastic. Bathroom has the most beautiful tiles, mirror has anti-fog technology, water pressure is strong, water heater is consistently hot, toiletries are by Dove and undiluted, slippers are under sink. Outside, the windows are openable for air ventilation, mirror is full-length, fridge door is transparent, and they provide a shoe horn! Cleaning staff were conscious to work quietly along the corridors to avoid disturbing guests. From my observations above, it is evident that this hotel was prepared with a high degree of common sense and forward thinking to maximize guest comfort and convenience, and staff were well-trained. The General Manager made time to personally get to know his guests, responses to all online reviews daily, and shared local insights with me. I used to dismiss Holiday Inn hotels but now I'm a loyalist and can't wait to return! Look at the cute breakfast they made me..

The hotel is value for its money. Very comfortable stay! I did not book breakfast package and decided to have breakfast later on, they charge 450 TRY which I think is a little cheaper than pre-book price.
We took the metro from SAW airport (17.7TRY)then switch to taxi from Goztepe station(90TRY). I saw it will be 580-700 TRY on Bitaksi but I was afraid the driver will charge more so we took metro instead.
I booked a non smoking room but I can still smell a little cigarette smell, probably coming from air condition or other rooms, I guess this is hard to avoid in Istanbul since almost everyone smokes here.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this hotel. Breakfast was excellent!

Staff very professional, polite and helpful.

The room, towels and bathroom were very clean.
Free Wifi, water, kitkat chocolate bar, coffee and tea inside the room. Good amount of space for 2 people.

There is a bus stop about 800 meters (5 minutes walk), which could take you to Kadikoy, and from there a ferry to the European side if you wish. Alternatively, an Uber will charge 70 Turkish Liras to Kadikoy.

When we first arrived at the hotel, I thought we made a mistake in selecting it, but when we found the bus stop, it was easy to navigate around the Asian side of Istanbul.

Everything was great

We absolutely loved our stay the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything and everything. The whole hotel is very clean and modern, I especially loved the shower! This place is not far from the city at all, by a 10-15 min walk you’re in the heart of Kadikoy and if you’re not a walker, you can ask reception to get you a cab to the Kadikoy station which connects you all over the city. But I think the walk down through the shops is just so enjoyable!
