The breakfast has very wide and delicious selection, it is highly recommended
The location is a little out of the way for the main touristy areas but there is a subway station a short walk from the hotel.
Stayed on the 15th floor and had great views of the city

Dear Hilton Management,
I was genuinely surprised and disappointed by my recent experience at your hotel.
As someone who frequently travels around the world due to my profession, I have stayed in many hotels — including multiple Hilton properties — and have always appreciated the high standards of service.
However, during my current stay, while my family and I are occupying two adjacent rooms, it started to rain. Naturally, we asked for umbrellas from reception — a standard amenity at many hotels. To my surprise, we were sent to the luggage desk where we were asked for a *€20 deposit per umbrella*, despite still being registered guests, with our credit card linked to the room. This lack of flexibility and customer care was very disappointing.
Furthermore, I asked about the *pool and spa hours*, and was told it’s open until 11 PM. I arrived at 10:30, and after changing in the locker room, headed toward the steam room, only to be told it was closed at 10:45. I pointed out the sign that clearly states closing at 11, but the staff member dismissed it, saying, “That’s wrong — we clean now.”
These experiences are *not in line with Hilton’s reputation*. As loyal guests, we may move on, but I urge you to take these issues seriously — for the sake of your brand and future guests.
