Not the best choice if you want to spend time in the hotel. Breakfast options are limited, and the buffet is in the basement (no windows or AC). The rooms were okay and clean, to be honest(I had the most terrible view). The staff were helpful. Parking is difficult if you’re renting a car, but the location is good if you plan to have all your activities around the tourists attractions.

Cleanliness was about 9/10.
Other than that, staff was very friendly and eager to help. The room had AC and TV and was all quiet during my 2 week stay. Strongly recommend!

They have a relatively nice appearance, but they have a bad inside. Because I sent an old lady who was a little unwell to an empty room, they deducted 2500 lira from my salary, even though the receptionists were sick for a long time and I helped them for a long time. I would have stayed there for many more hours, but they were talking behind my back with complete rudeness👎👎👎

I want to convey to you my impressions about this hotel. We were greeted by the receptionist Ali, who was more than friendly. For everything we needed, they were there to help us. The food is very tasty, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. There was no noise, so we could sleep and rest. We want to praise all the workers, especially Ali, Yusuf and Tabigat. We recommend this hotel to everyone. We will come again, that's for sure.

The room is a little small with a small veranda. The bathroom is ok. Toilet paper holder is missing. Otherwise it is ok. Cleaned every day, if you ask for it. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is good, mostly concentrating in Turkish traditional food. But it is tasty and well prepared.

Nice Hotel located close to local eats and shopping. But unfortunately I had a bed bug issue in room 603, the last 2 nights of my stay, I notified management, she came up , I showed her the bed bug while it's still alive before I killed it, and also the bites on my forearms and back of my neck. She had the cleaning crew come and change the bedding, the following night after returning from my appointment I woke up itching, checked the sheets found another bed bug, killed it with an napkin and immediately went to reception and informed her of the situation, showed her the bites and the dead bed bug and she immediately changed my room, which was really appreciated even though I'd be checking out within a few hours. I got better service from the receptionist than I did the manager.

Unfortunately unhelpful staff, we requested multiple services like fixing the bidet in our bathroom and another day the elevator of the parking was not working and hotel didn’t give us any solutions. Another day we requested a bed cover and they gave us one that was not clean. Also, if you are renting a car do not book this hotel because the parking is the worst it’s very small and usually crowded we barely found spaces and we were always struggling to park. You also cannot park outside of the hotel so do not come if you are renting a car.

Our stay at Four Sides was great. It’s a central location with an easy access to bus and metro. Food and services were good. Niki, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

The receptionists were very friendly and always open to any curiosity that customers might have, at the buffet they were also all very nice especially the girl called Zehra, nice place, well located and not very expensive, I will definitely come back to this place.

Do NOT go to this place. In the how would you describe the hotel, I would describe it as the opposite, NOT luxury by any stretch, no views whatsoever, NOT romantic at all,very very noisy, not kid friendly, definitely NOT high tech. Value is highly debatable. Room was extremely hit, to the point we had to leave the window open and all did not help despite having then turn the heat off in the room.
