I stayed here recently on a business trip with friends and had a comfortable experience overall. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, though they felt a bit small.

One highlight was the breakfast — served from 8:00 to 10:30 — with a wide variety of delicious options that made for a great start to the day. The location is also convenient, and the environment is quiet, which is a big plus.

If room size isn’t a big concern for you, I’d definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Yunus. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. Wow - all staff were professional: reception, front desk, concierge, maids, restaurant personnel - everyone was perfect. Strongly recommend the beef strip burger, and the grilled chicken with mushroom sauce. For those visiting for the dental purposes, I recommend scrambled eggs, or mashed potatoes, or rice pudding - all excellent!

The Bell- Captain , Omar , was the Best! He took such pride and care in helping, no matter if it was 3am HE WAS THERE, and whenever I needed anything he came to my aid. I can truly say he is the main reason I am leaving this review, he treated me like a friend immediately and he definitely deserves to be promoted to where his skills in service can be utilized! He also should be given a huge raise! There are to many reasons and examples of extraordinary service he has done in the 2 trips I’ve taken , to list here but I’d be more than happy to vouch for him at anytime! In the total of 24 days I stayed at this hotel. In his spending so much time to do the things to help or support my stay, he became a trusted and valued friend. Thank you so very much, Omar! You are truly the best kind of human , You have rekindled my belief in the goodness in people, & I know now that kindness does exist in this world!

I have just spent 8 days in this wonderful Hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you. It is spotlessly clean & so friendly, it feels like home from home. Should I ever come back to Istanbul, I wouldn't stay anywhereelse. Loved every minute.

It was an amazing stay the staff was very friendly and well experienced. Emre the receptionist was very friendly and nice and also Fulya was a very great house keeper last but not least yunus is a well presentable guest relation person. Thanks HolidayInn team hope to meet you back!!!

Ugh, get me outta here. Horrible experience. The room key is either not working or the battery on the door is not working. Imagine having alot of bags and having to keep going down to the reception desk to get your room key reactivated multiple times. There's a TV in the room but no remote. Do not recommend.

Excellent value. Room was a little small, but other than that our experience exceeded our expectations. Service was incredible. The include breakfast was the best! Huge selection and very tasty.

I can't express enough, and I couldn't wait further to share my arrival experience of today, it wad a suburb welcoming, awesome check-in, and a very professional staff at the front desk.
But the best goes for the special Mr. YUNUS ÖZEK, he is the best. He reminded me of the quote that says, "Every company's greatest assets are such employees."
