It was an amazing stay the staff was very friendly and well experienced. Emre the receptionist was very friendly and nice and also Fulya was a very great house keeper last but not least yunus is a well presentable guest relation person. Thanks HolidayInn team hope to meet you back!!!

Ugh, get me outta here. Horrible experience. The room key is either not working or the battery on the door is not working. Imagine having alot of bags and having to keep going down to the reception desk to get your room key reactivated multiple times. There's a TV in the room but no remote. Do not recommend.

Excellent value. Room was a little small, but other than that our experience exceeded our expectations. Service was incredible. The include breakfast was the best! Huge selection and very tasty.

I can't express enough, and I couldn't wait further to share my arrival experience of today, it wad a suburb welcoming, awesome check-in, and a very professional staff at the front desk.
But the best goes for the special Mr. YUNUS ÖZEK, he is the best. He reminded me of the quote that says, "Every company's greatest assets are such employees."

Normal hotel. Everything you need is there. The service is excellent. Despite the proximity to the metro station and the busy one, everything is quiet in the hotel itself

The hotel is very clean , the location is very convenient you can sense and feel real istanbul near the markets and everything , special thanks to Omar at the reception he was a very nice person and helped to manage our rooms and all what we need in a very active way , we adore holiday in and a very special one to us is holiday in sisli 😍😍😍😍
