Such a cool place. Food was the absolute best, service was top notch and the guys in concierge and reception were always gracious whenever we saw them. The pool area is huge, rooms spacious and room service always attentive. Shout out to Karem and Ramazan. Always asking if we need anything whenever we walked in and out of the building. Special shout out to the gentleman at reception who's name I did not get but he was extremely helpful because he spoke fluent English so was able to help us in every way. Tall, slim, quite fair skinned, reddish brown hair, excellent english, seemed to be in a managerial position as he knew the ropes of operations. Whoever you are, I apologise we didn't get your name but you were an absolut legend to deal with as well. Hats off Radisson Blu. Well done.

Stayed here for 5 nights with a group of colleagues. We had two rooms — a twin and a triple. The hotel is located on a main street, conveniently close to the Şişli metro station and several bus stops.
Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Breakfast was varied and nicely presented. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were well laid out in terms of design.
However, there were several drawbacks. On the very first day, a staff member came in and locked the minibar, so we had no access to the fridge for the entire stay — an odd and disappointing experience that left a negative first impression.
The bathroom lighting was very dim, which made it uncomfortable to use, and basic amenities like cotton pads, disposable toothbrushes, or other small toiletries were missing.
Wi-Fi was another major issue. The connection was virtually non-existent in room N512 and extremely weak even in the main lobby, making it impossible to work. Although the service team responded quickly and provided a password for the “Meetings” line, it unfortunately made no difference.

The breakfast service stood out thanks to Benkuy who served us. He was warm, attentive, and made each morning feel special. Truly excellent service—we really appreciated it!
The hotel lobby and the rooms are quite dark and don’t have a good ventilation. Quite underwhelming design. Get this hotel for the great location not for a luxury stay.

The most important aspect is the people who work there – they are the ones who create the atmosphere that brings us satisfaction during our stay.
From the staff, I especially remember Mr. Ogi, who was always there to help me whenever I needed assistance.

Unfortunately, my experience during my stay at the hotel did not meet my expectations. I had booked for 8 nights but was surprised by the hotel’s policy of enforcing central heating in all rooms during the winter. This was unsuitable for me and significantly affected my comfort, especially since I was unable to control the temperature of my private room, which I believe is a basic right for any guest.
When I requested a room change, I was moved to a room designed for people with special needs. While I have the utmost respect for this group, the room did not meet my needs as it lacked a bathtub in the bathroom. This reduced my comfort and the overall experience I expected based on my original booking.
This experience has caused me considerable inconvenience, and I kindly request that the hotel management take the necessary steps to compensate me for this situation to ensure guest satisfaction and improve service quality in the future.

I stayed here as part of Stopover Istanbul from Turkish airlines. Service was phenomenal. They're very attentive. Everything about the room was comfortable. Wish I'd have done more than a night to do some shopping, next time though.
