Unfortunately, my experience during my stay at the hotel did not meet my expectations. I had booked for 8 nights but was surprised by the hotel’s policy of enforcing central heating in all rooms during the winter. This was unsuitable for me and significantly affected my comfort, especially since I was unable to control the temperature of my private room, which I believe is a basic right for any guest.
When I requested a room change, I was moved to a room designed for people with special needs. While I have the utmost respect for this group, the room did not meet my needs as it lacked a bathtub in the bathroom. This reduced my comfort and the overall experience I expected based on my original booking.
This experience has caused me considerable inconvenience, and I kindly request that the hotel management take the necessary steps to compensate me for this situation to ensure guest satisfaction and improve service quality in the future.

I stayed here as part of Stopover Istanbul from Turkish airlines. Service was phenomenal. They're very attentive. Everything about the room was comfortable. Wish I'd have done more than a night to do some shopping, next time though.

This hotel is beautiful, elegant, and new. Its location is great! Very close to a big shopping mall, Starbucks and shops for all your daily needs. The super market and coffee/tea shop are right in front of the hotel. It is super clean and smells good every where. The reception area is huge with lots of room and sitting areas. There is a bar, coffee shop and restaurant at the lobby area. Walking distance to near by shopping plazas. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I love this hotel and would highly recommend. We stay here for 6 nights during our World System Builder super trip. Our team booked out 14 5-star hotels in Istanbul and this is one that can accommodate our needs.

Very good hotel, prime location with walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, shopping mall, bus stations and subway, very good lobby with daily complementary refreshments like apples, water and biscuits. Renovated and clean hotel. So many seating areas with in lobby or nearby Business Lounge area, some rooms have inside views to hotel and other rooms will have external views. Big guest rooms with spacious bathroom with bathtub and standing shower, good working desk with easy power sockets access, amazing inclining comfortable chair and also comfortable bed. In room Coffee station, big clothes cabinets and safe box. They offer daily complementary water to the room. Good breakfast buffet, limited choices of food but its ok. Very recommended.

Hotel with a nice luxurious appearance. I stayed in the suite for 1 week and in my opinion the room could use a renovation. some more modern furniture, more white light, possibly dimmable, both in the room and in the bathroom. The bath in the bathroom was very low. The room service was good and tasty food. The breakfast was very extensive, tasty and fresh every morning. The food in the VIP executive lounge was super tasty, tasty and varied. Overall I am very satisfied. Points for improvement, hotel rooms could be nicer, think of furniture and good lighting and I think the reception staff should speak better English.

Service is less than one star. But there is no choice but to give them that one star. I am glad that i did not book this hotel for the entire trip, service is super bad. We requested a blanket yesterday we did not receive it till today despite the number of times we called to get it. I also requested tooth brush since the morning called them 3 times already. The facility needs maintenance, Ac needs maintenance in the lobby and restaurants area.

The hotel is very good located. During summer they are fully booked so if you want a suitable room make sure to book premium or business room. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The guest relations manager approached us and we had a chance to address our issues but also complements. She was very professional and her approach was very supportive.

Everything has been great for our stay in Istanbul. The room was big and very clean. Everything was included, toiletries, Espresso coffee, We even had a bottle of wine and cheese from the General Manager!
Reception were really helpful and gave us a late checkout. Lounge was really good, food and wine were exceptional.
And best member of staff was Medine, she was so helpful and polite.
We will be back and recommend to our family and friends.

We had a fantastic experience here. Lovely clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is huge and delicious. Excellent and well-priced room-service options. We stayed for 8 nights in Room 218. The housekeeping staff were absolutely brilliant, especially the young man we had for the first 6 days of our stay - he was exceptional and went above and beyond. Very impressed with this hotel.
