We had a fantastic dinner experience here! The food was exceptional, with rich flavors and beautifully presented dishes. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a relaxing evening. Special thanks to Yasar, the manager, for his warm hospitality and attention to detail, which made our experience even more memorable. The check-in process and inflexibility in room assignment were the only reasons I gave a low rating to this supposedly world class hotel.
Background info and details:
My 3 family members and I joined a tour from Asia and stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The tour leader (non-Turkish and non-local) and tour guide (local Turkish) helped our whole group of 27 people to check in and to get the room key cards. There were 3 families of 4 among the tour group. The travel agency always booked 2 rooms for each family, instead of getting extra beds in double rooms.
It unexpectedly took a full hour to finish checking in and get our key cards. The 3 families including mine were all assigned to rooms on different floors.
According to our tour leader, the hotel staff claimed that being not able to rearrange room for the family groups was due to the system. Even rearrangement among the rooms our whole tour group had wasn't allowed, as the guest info and such was sent to the police department for security reasons, the hotel staff claimed. In addition, the tour agency and tour leader would have sent over our guest list and family groups to hotel teams way ahead for room assignment.
This inflexibility and claimed reasons were unacceptablel, especially from a well-known 5-star hotel.
Our tour group also stayed at other hotels in Turkey. We didn't experience such long check-in time and room arrangement inflexibility. Now the staff's explanation involving police department seemed doubtful to me.
Side info:
Coincidence or not, for the 2 rooms my families had were all at the very end of the corridor, that are comparatively less attractive. To be fair, the room size and cleanliness are still decent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Istanbul Hilton Hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The accommodation was top-notch, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms that made my stay incredibly relaxing. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to many of Istanbul’s key attractions and vibrant neighborhoods.

A brilliant Hilton main line property.
It is huge, lots of rooms, floors, elevators and still a smooth operation.
The breakfast was super busy, however we could always find a table after a short look around. If all of us left the table at once during breakfast, you could sometimes have others sitting there when you returned with your breakfast 😅
Nice location, but the metro is a 15 minute walk and the only mode of transport here is taxi.
We didn’t use the pool but it look well crowded from our rooms.
The rooms were extra large and very well maintained, the house keeping was bravo 👏
Overall a beautiful property to stay at - another star in the Hilton hat.

The best property in Istanbul and very good hospitality shown by the staff. The group of 320people were happy, without any issues. People appreciated wide spread of breakfast.

During my stay at the Hilton hotel, Alper, a staff member, was incredibly helpful and made my experience truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with room service, or just being a friendly face, Alper's exceptional service stood out. I stay in various hotels very often and this hotel is really at the top of my list. Reception, check-in, check-out, executive lounge were all great. All employees are very attentive and experienced, especially my check-in experience is at the top among the hotels I have experienced so far (including Hiltons). I hope everything continues this way, and this hotel remains my only address in Istanbul.

I am a regular guest at this hotel in many different countries including turkey, however I reserved a room this time and when I arrived to check-in the guy outside at the door was VERY RUDE and unwelcoming at all, he didn’t even want to park the car. So I simply cancelled the reservation and left to another hotel. “When I go to a hotel I expect a welcoming and friendly staff not rude ones.

Breakfast was a disappointment, room was beautiful we had a large family suite with two bedrooms, a living room, two ensuites, a dining room and a study.
Maids were lovely and so neat. Customer service wasn’t too great and they barely understood English.
Some staff were wonderful but others weren’t. Nice lobby with good drinks and the room service is lovely.
