For the price of this place it is very reasonable for a very short stay or a long stay making it econmically friendly and the location lies in the heart of Kadikoy and literally 5 minute walk to the ferry to go to the european side of Istanbul, for the price and location you cant really expect like a 5 star room as it not like a Hilton or these kind of places so dont be confused and Service wise Hasan is the main man and he is very helpful with any questions and problems and they always offer to clean room and all those stuff, it has a great view room is good and AC works perfectly fine…. On a budget or somewhere to literally sleep and leave stuff at a great place

Such amazing staff, perfect location. Close to the metro and the sea.
Complements to Breakfast buffet staff always friendly and Kaan who assisted me when i arrived.
My only disappointment was that the room i paid for in the Annexture A building was not available due to maintenance as i really loved the view of the galata tower and the quietness of the room. No one updated me as to if i could get back the room i chose on my application and paid for even though when I was checking in i told the staff to realocate me the room once it is available.
I did not follow up because i felt that if i mattered, the staff would update me.
Either than that it this is an excellent hotel

Good for the price, place is a bit old, I found it but clean. The front desk staff wrote me on WhatsApp to send me the address and gps location beforehand, which was nice.
They stored my luggage overnight for free. The stay included decent free breakfast, you could eat on the terrace which was very pleasant. The room was small, but did include a mini fridge, surprisingly. Oddly missing a top sheet in the bed.

A very good hotel. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is varied and quite enough. I really recommend this hotel as it's close to all stations (havaist, bus, ferry, tram, minibus...)

A friend of mine found several bed bugs in their room be aware please

The room had bed bugs. I got pictures, video, and even caught one. I found four bed bugs on my bed in one hour.
The manager refused to even refund the days that I had left in my reservation. He made a bunch of excuses and tried to tell me that it was normal and my fault somehow.
They keep all of their sheets and towels in the same closet. There are cracks in all the walls and under the doors for the bed bugs to move around. There are definitely bed bugs in all of the rooms. Don't come here, or you might get eggs on your luggage and then bring the bugs somewhere else.
When I reported it to the manager they went up and sprayed some stuff and then said the problem was all gone. That's not how to get rid of bed bugs though. You need to thoroughly clean everything and you need repeat treatments to make sure all the eggs are killed too.
Now I'm stuck having to deep clean all my clothes and luggage and I didn't even get a refund for the nights that I didn't stay.

The Bade 3 hotel does not correspond to the description in the listing, or pictures as advertised. No suite, sort of shabby apartment, old furniture, broken floor, leaking shower, and above all expensive. The only good thing about this hotel is its manager Hassan Ustaz a very nice, friendly and helpful guy. Breakfast is OK and quite enough. Also this hotel is close to all stations (havabus, ferry, tram, minibus...) Especially the view of the sea is incredible .

Very central location in Kadikoy near Bus, Metro and Ferry Stations. Room was very small and no elevator in the building. Value for money
